Pinch me! @pilatesrepublic UTC/La Jolla is opening soon and I could not be more ecstatic (and scared because new things are really scary!!). Seeing my community of amazing teachers, clients, and friends grow over the last 5 years has filled my soul. I can’t wait to bring Pilates Republic to more people! ❤️❤️

This Mother’s Day we went somewhere we’ve never been and did something we’ve never done. Looking forward to a lot more of that with this amazing soul ❤️

Another year in the books and one more trip around the sun checked off. A fortune teller said this year is going to be magic, and I can’t help but think she’s right. Felt very spoiled today by the many amazing people around me and got to spend extra time with my favorite soul for his school May Day celebration. So far things are off to a wonderful start!

You haven’t seen or heard from me in a while and it’s because I’ve been working 24/7 on something big. I’m beyond excited to share the news that Pilates Republic is expanding and that our new Del Mar studio is opening next week, on February 6th!! You’ll find your favorite people (see next pic and not even close to all of our amazing team captured) and your favorite kick ass workout just 10 minutes south of our Encinitas location. Memberships are good at all locations, schedule is live, and new clients get a week of classes for $25. I can’t wait to share this space with you!! It’s magical.

Our New Year’s Day tradition is to hike… rain or shine. We loved playing in the surprise downpour today and mother nature’s superb symbolism for fresh beginnings was perfection. We’ve got big plans for you 2023… and yes, there was a rainbow after this storm 😍

Another year and another unforgettable holiday event with my kick ass @pilatesrepublic crew!! We’re growing in size, growing in locations and definitely growing closer.
