Ingredients: 6 Yukon Potatoes 1-2 tbsp Kosher Salt 1 cup oil 5 Cups boiling water 4 tbsp potato starch Wash the potatoes. Make a small slight on the top. Mix with oil and salt. Bake the potatoes for 20 min. After baking them add the hot potatoes in a bowl with the boiling water. Let it sit in room temperature for 2-3 hours. Now use the liquid (stock) and put it in a container to refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Now take a pot add the potato starch with the potato stock and stir on medium heat till it’s a gluey liquid. Now spread on a backing sheet and dehydrate by 350f for 4-6 hours till it’s no more liquidated. Now deep dry for 1-3 min till it’s crispy

Delicious Turkish Bread: A Taste of Mediterranean Magic by @aysens.kitchen Ingredients: 400 ml lukewarm water one teaspoon salt half a teaspoon of sugar approx. 550-570 g flour 150 g butter 50 ml oil Preparation: Place the dough ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes if you have time. You don’t have to, but it makes the dough easier to roll out. Roll the dough into 8-9 equal-sized balls and place them on a floured work surface and cover with a cloth. Melt the butter and mix with the oil. Roll out each ball of dough using flour, place 1-2 tablespoons of melted butter on top and spread with your hands, then roll up, stretch by pulling gently and wrap around yourself, Then place them all on a floured tray, cover with cling film and wait for 20-30 minutes until the butter sets a little. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface and roll out the dough using a rolling pin or pasta roller according to the size of the pan. Heat the pan. Fry the bread on each side, brushing with melted butter. Serve warm.

Butter cake heaven! 🍰😍 by @food_love_tv Ingredients: 200g butter, at room temperature 100g cream cheese 200g sugar 5 small eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 200g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170°C. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cream cheese until you achieve a creamy texture. Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract. Sift the flour and baking powder together, and gradually add it to the mixture. Stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth. Grease a baking mold with butter and dust it with flour. Pour the batter into the mold, spreading it evenly. Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the mold for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
