Here are some tips that have been helping me lately: Life lately has been all about trying to find a way back to myself. 🤍 I’ve talked about the fact that my mental health hasn’t really been the best but lately I have been doing some steps to get back into a bit more self care focused schedule. Some of these steps include: 🌿 Going outside and spending more time in nature to recharge. 👭 Spending more quality time with my friends and doing fun activities instead of just sitting around on our phones. ❤️ Planning more dates and spending lots of quality time with my boyfriend. 📱Trying to minimise my screen time by taking a TikTok break and using less social media. ✍🏻 Planning out my days on my calendar and making sure the goals I set are actually achievable for the day. 🎀 Getting ready more often to boost my confidence. One of my favourite things in life since I was a teenager is taking pictures. I love capturing moments and days to look back at them later and with Instagram I also found joy in sharing these moments with others. Due to some mental health related issues I haven’t really been keeping up with that hobby lately - let alone plan a whole photo day. But here I was today taking pictures, laughing and enjoying myself. The quote that changed my life 🤍 It’s funny sometimes how the little things in life have the biggest meaning to you. About a year ago I was in an unhappy situation. I looked beside me and saw my little calendar on my office desk that had cute little motivating quotes on it. “Nothing changes if nothing changes” As simple as it may seem that quote really hit home for me. Ever since then I realised that change is really in my hands and I have the power to change my circumstances whenever I need to.
