The original structure, with a modest 4.20-meter frontage, once formed part of a grander complex but has since evolved through divisions. Within this historical cocoon, the social areas now reside in the two original bays, meticulously preserving the ornate moldings that are veritable works of art in themselves. While the rest of the finishes were intentionally stripped away, the ancient stone walls take center stage, creating a captivating juxtaposition of the old and the new, the decorative and the functional. The heart of the dwelling is the central courtyard, where a transformed bathroom relic now stands as an architectural masterpiece. Here, the ceiling and finishes have been artfully removed, seamlessly connecting the interior with a new pool.
