✨ What’s one thing that has changed for you while getting older? Do you look at certain things differently? I’ve never had an eye for decor. Growing up, that just wasn’t the thing to be worried about. Def taking a toll on me now that I’m at the end of my 20’s. I’m a big believer in scheduling, tbh. Sometimes my goals need to be broken down so they’re more achievable. I’m a little scatter brained; writing anything down (like a thought process) helps me get more clear. That’s why SMART goals work for me. I learned it in the early stages of college and it works for me because of the way I think. A SMART goal means it’s specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. And you know what? It’s been working. Achieving small goals along the way has helped me stay motivated and on track to reach my *BIGGER* goals. Give it a try, I dare you! Here’s an example of one I actually did this week! End SMART goal: I will start walking & jogging every other day by taking 30 minutes to do so on the days I don’t work out until I’m comfortable. Then I will do one hour every other day until it’s a habit. #abetteryou #smartgoals #goals #selfcaretips

LIFE UPDATE: I’ve been trying to LIVE man. The clarity that I’ve gotten over the past few months, I really should be nothing short of grateful for. I spent my 28th birthday in Cartagena (my home) which I always do. I decided that I’ve been going home every year sooo much, that around 30 years old… it’s time for a new place. I do miss my family though and I miss every single little reminder of home every time I’m away. But, I’m ready to take life by the horns in a way I’ve never done before. To hold myself to higher standards, to be more consistent, to love and live. The hurt…. most of it is gone and healed and I can genuinely say that with a smile on my face. I never knew how much I carried with me until I realized. Highly recommend.

I keep the love in my phone and read it when I need motivation. My first debut single “Cloud 9” got great streaming plays and amazing feedback. You guys 😭 Even though I am now on my second single & even though “Lucky” is now out, Cloud 9 will always be the song that put the fire in me. #GOATED
