New Shipment of kayaks just arrived at Mountain Sports Ltd so you better paddle on in to get ready for the SoHo this summer! Last year we were introduced to the Perception Outlaw 11.5 but they didn't stay in stock long as a high end fishing kayak for only $829. This killer fishing kayak has a wide open deck with a standing platform designed to carry everything you need for a day out on the water chasing trout or bass. It's got multiple spots for rod holders as well as space for a 35L cooler, and has a weight limit of 425 lbs! We also had several request for the Hi-Life 11.0, which is a hybrid kayak/SUP that's available now at MSL. March 5th is quickly approaching and we can't wait for the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival to take place at the Cameo Theatre. 💥Spring Breaks💥 Won't you join the @climb_central_appalachia April 8 - 10th at Breaks Interstate Park for their annual work day. This is as much a celebration of climbing at our favorite dual state park as it is a work day so come ready to do a little good work while finding some time to sneak a pitch or two in. The plan is to arrive any time on Friday in hopes to get an early start on Saturday morning at 9am at the Pinnacle Area Parking Lot. We will work until 2 or 3 and save the afternoon for some climbing on those ol so sweet Breaks sandstone routes. Sunday will be a lite work day in that we only encourage folks to take a bag with them to fill up with trash as they go and climb at the different crags scattered throughout the park. Breaks Interstate Park has graciously provided free camping for all volunteers on Friday and Saturday night. On Saturday night after the sun has set and the fingers are battered, the CACC will be hosting a FREE Pizza party in Elkhorn Ky at Time Out Pizza. This is one of our favorite events of the year and we sure hope you will join us for this wonderful weekend where we can be good stewards of this amazing resource here in Central Appalachia. Time to kick off a one day only SUPER SALE at MSL. We will be marking select Winter 2021 Apparel HALF OFF for the first time this year and hope you don't let someone intercept that jacket you have had your eyes on all winter long. It's cold and rainy out which means it's fly tying weather here in the Tri-Cities, and what fun is sitting alone tying by yourself? Come join us this evening at 6pm at Mountain Sports Ltd for our Thursday Night Tying Class! This is a completely free weekly event that is great for the experienced and first time tiers alike. All materials and equipment are provided free of charge but if you want to bring your own vise and tying tools then we definitely encourage you to do so! This is also a great way to get to know other folks in the area who are just as passionate about fly fishing, so come join in on the fun!

In addition, we also received shipments of Smith bike helmets, tires, pumps, and other great accessories for the upcoming bike season.
