This Friday our dear friend and original B9 team member @hugsndemicups of @ambersoncoffee will be competing in Boston at the US Coffee Championships, with our roast of a sublime carbonic macerated natural of Gerbicho (Guji, Ethiopia), produced by our longtime friends @unravelmerchants. Hugo has been a force in coffee competition for a while now, making nationals at US Barista Championship consistently and is currently the US Aeropress Champion. New on the menu is the re-introduction of our "Classic" taste profile, now a rotating Single Origin that exemplifies comfort in a cup. The current iteration features a fantastic G2 selection from Sidama called Bensa, produced by our friends @unravelmerchants. The harmony of sweetness, depth, and subtle fruited characteristics is so memorable, and has been a wonderful coffee to explore in any brew method. We've been playing with it as Espresso a lot of late over at @tencafela and has become a regular brew we're enjoying around the roastery.
