What I eat when I am out and about ๐Ÿคค There are always healthy options wherever you go. I always aim to eat things that I typically eat normally.. chicken, steak, potatoes, rice, veggies, etc I try to avoid fried foods and desserts. Most importantly stop ๐Ÿ›‘ when Iโ€™m full! Now, for me, Iโ€™m currently maintaining my physique, so it is a lot easier to eye ball and have more flexibility. If I was cutting, I would have to be more strict with my options and portion control. This is a message to know that once you achieve your goal is easy to maintain as long as you have some foundational rules set in place.

Ask yourself, are you really doing everything you need to do? 1. Eat your protein. 1-5g per body weight 2. Track your macros, specially your protein. I know you think you are hitting it, but If you are not tracking, I know you are eating less 3. Train as heavy as you can with the appropriate exercises for your goals. 4. Get your workout in even if you donโ€™t want to. Something is better than nothing. 5. Rest!! Taking a rest is not skipping, your body needs it to recover so that you can give it more. 6. Even my face has made a transformation (second pic)! Loosing 25lbs was not easy but it was soooo worth it. After I broke my foot I got to the heaviest weight I had ever been. I felt so heavy, tired, and inflamed. Fast forward I am now at a happy weight where my hormones are stable, I donโ€™t have any inflammation, and I absolutely love how I look. This is a maintainable look for me and I am so happy that my hard work paid off. I feel as I did back in my early 20s. So much energy and ability to do whatever I want. If you have gained weight, feel exhausted all the time, unhappy with the way that you lookโ€ฆ you can make the change for yourself. You got this!!
