Here’s the site of a new flat roof going in, these 2 by 4s have been there since the house was built in 1902 and don’t need replacing unless there’s wood rot. Once they have finished laying new wood to replace the rotted wood, they will add the TPO liner. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) can be recycled and is incredible environmentally friendly compared to other roofing materials. It also looks sexy. Check out @roiconstruction!
