💥 COMING TOMORROW (3 of 3) 💥 Stock Ale 5.0% abv Our brewers, while sipping on a durian and kumquat quadruple Scandinavian IPA with lactose, forastero cocoa, and goji berries, brewed with yeast harvested from the rind of a 540 year-old wheel of cheese, discovered on a diving expedition at the bottom of Uvs Lake, discussed the fact that sometimes you just want a beer that tastes like beer, and then proceeded to brew this one right here. 💥 COMING TOMORROW (2 of 3) 💥 Electric Circus New England Tropical Pale Ale 5.5% abv Cool fact - The Cowboy featured on the label is Kenrick Pompey, Father of Blue Jay Dalton Pompey AND our very own GLB taproom/baseball superstar, Tristan Pompey. You might also remember Kenrick dancing up a storm on Much Music Television's Electric Circus back in the 80s/90s. 💥 COMING TOMORROW (1 of 3) 💥 Westetobicoken Patersbier 4.8% abv This patersbier pours a pale lemon hue, topped with a thick white head. Along with an aroma of crackers and subtle lemon, Westetobicoken has all the flavours of a traditional, crushable Belgian ale with a refreshing effervescence, with thanks to some extended can-conditioning. It was a dark and stormy night… Detective Brie O’Beery studied the case file Mr. Lackey left on her desk earlier that day. This was the kind of case she lived for - a cold case - a cold case of Lockbox XPA. The suspects? All hops. She just had to figure out which four did the job. She narrowed it down to the usual culprits: Azzaca Amarillo Cashmere Citra Idaho 7 Mosaic Rakau Simcoe Strata Zappa El Dorado They’re all ex-cones and any four of them could have brewed up a scheme together to hop the Great Lakes Brewery and Town Brewery jewel (beer). 💥 COMING TOMORROW (3 of 3) 💥 Sultana Solero New England IPA 5.8% abv Sultana Solero pours a tarnished gold with snowy white head. Papaya, mango and white grape are prominent on the nose, while sweet peach and nectarine are present on the flavour. Creamy with some micro effervescence, Sultana Solero has a ripe tropical candy finish. Sultana Solero will be available Thursday at 10AM at the Brewery, GLB Brewpub, and Online Shop.

💥 COMING TOMORROW (2 of 3) 💥 Summer Ale Golden Ale with Red Rice, Lemon and Ginger 4.5% abv Summ’r ales, summ’r not. This one is. This one is full of surprises. Although you may typically associate rice with lagers, we just went ahead and did this. Then added some lemon. Then added some ginger. And, although you’d think that using red rice would make an amber ale, it didn’t. In fact, it's probably the least red beer ever. Enjoy!
