Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Cindy Estrada @cindyestradaa

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi guys! I’m currently a full time yr 12 student, but also a full time foodie! I have high aspirations in becoming a pediatrician someday. I was born and raised in Melbourne, lived in the Philippines for a few years and now am currently residing in beautiful Perth, WA.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love anything with matcha, but mainly just food in general (brunch food especially)! I post alot of food on insta. Occasionally, I post pretty landscapes with me posing in them haha.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I had to add an extra “a” because ‘cindyestrada’ was taken. Nonetheless, I like to keep my usernames on social media simple and easy to remember.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

VSCO is the main app I use to edit my pics. Firstly, I choose the best “angled” one out of the billion pictures I took of the particular subject, I then choose an aesthetically-pleasing filter that best suits the lighting of the chosen photo. I then add abit of highlights and maybe brightness and contrast/exposure to enhance the colours of the pic. I then pose it on my instafeed and add the “Lux” effect then BOOM! 😉

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

It’s so hard to choose a favorite because I seriously love them all. But if you were to ask me my top three (in no particular order) it’d have to be: juliahengel, lichipan and gypsea_lust

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

AquaS seasalt ice cream! Ohmygosh it’s way too good.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

To be able to share my foodie adventures and experiences to the whole world through a simple tap on a screen.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Be original and always be friendly and open, no matter who you choose to run for your campaign. Also, maybe listen to some customer suggestions to help improve your products! 🙂

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I’d say the better the quality (and higher authenticity) the more people would want to engage. So, stay true!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Always gotta love freebies. But, most especially their trust in you for endorsing their product.
