I wore this outfit for my 20th birthday! This picture was taken right before my night out with some friends. I got the dress from forever 21 in Ottawa a few months ago for NYE. I love wearing the colour black because black looks good on anyone! I’m also wearing a casual scrunchie on my wrist and a black laced bra that goes up to my neck underneath the dress.
