StarNgage+ is a newly launched influencer marketplace that enables influencers to unlock the extra earnings based on the website traffic they have generated. The influencers will not only get paid for posting but on top of that, they can earn performance-based rewards when your content is driving results.
To be a StarNgage+ influencer, you need to be active on social media. You love taking photos and sharing them with your friends on social media. What's more, you are likely to be an amateur chef, foodie, fashionista, avid traveller, keen photographer, fitness or sports freak, artist, or designer. Aside from that, you would have achieved a certain number of followers and gained significant levels of engagement including likes and comments for each of your Instagram posts. To qualify as preferred influencers, you are required to have at least 1,000 followers and your profile needs to be public.
To join us as a creator or influencer, you will need to download our app or use our web version.
For App Version:
1. Get into our app and click on "Me" page and "Sign In Now" to continue.
2. Then press "Sign Up" to create an account.
3. Select "Creator", fill in your phone number, OTP code you received and password.
4. Lastly, click the “Sign up” button and ta-dah, your account has done created.
For Web Version:
1. Visit our Sign Up page to get started.
2. Select the country code and fill in the phone number.
3. Click on "SEND OTP" button to receive the SMS with the OTP code.
4. Then, fill in your email address and password.
5. Lastly, click on the "Sign Up" button to register at StarNgage+ as a creator or influencer.
Fret not! All you need to do is to click on the "Forget Password" button and reset your password by inserting your phone number, OTP code you received and password you would like to change to.
There are a few reasons that cause this issue:
- The OTP service provider is having some technical difficulties delaying the request. Try to click on the “Send” button to receive the SMS with OTP code.
- The internet connection is wonky. Try to click on the “Send” button to get the OTP code when your internet connection is stable.
- The country code is selected wrongly. Double check the country code for your mobile phone number and click on the “Send” button to request the OTP code again.

To get started, complete your profile and verify your social media account to enable brands to know more about you. The best part is you will be rewarded with USD $10 by doing that!

5. Click on the "Apply Now" if you want to participate as a content creator in the campaign.
6. Enter the you payout amount that you wish to get from the campaign and description to introduce yourself. Click on "Submit" to apply the campaign.
7. If advertiser had negotiate the pricing with you, click on "Update Price" to edit the payout amount and "Submit".
8. You will receive a push notification to notify you that your application has been approved.

This depends on the campaign requirement. For most cases, influencers will need to purchase and try out the products or services for reviews. However, the product value and shipping cost will be reimbursed from the payment you received after your submission has been approved. Please note that amount more than the product value and shipping cost will not be covered and there will be no further reimbursement on purchases for rejected/unacceptable/late content submissions.
This is the extra payment that you will receive when your followers visit the advertiser’s promoted webpage via your personalized promoted link.
Eg. USD $0.10 is the amount that you will receive when there is one unique landing page view generated from your personalized promoted link. If there are 100 unique page views generated, you will earn extra USD $10.

Our team or brands running the campaigns will usually take 5 to 7 working days to review the content submission. While waiting for approval, please feel free to explore and join other campaigns.
Here are a few reasons that explain why your submission is rejected:
1. Your profile is deemed as not suitable for the campaign. / The number of followers you have does not meet the campaign requirements.
2. Your submission does not meet the campaign requirements.
You can continue the campaign by resubmitting your content before the content submission due date and before the campaign is fully joined. Besides, we would suggest you to read and understand the campaign requirements and schedule before you join any campaigns.

1. Follow the brief to create and publish the content. Once you have published the content, click on the "Apply and Submit Content Now" button to submit your content.

For Web Version:
1. Click on the "Join Campaign" and choose the campaign that you want to join.

We're sorry that you cannot edit or make any changes once you have submitted your photo and post links. However, lucky for you as you can resubmit your photo and link on our platform.
We're sorry to tell that you will not be able to submit your content or join the campaign again when the period for content submission or the campaign ends. Please note that there will be no further reimbursement on purchases for rejected/unacceptable/late content submissions. Hence, we would advise you to strictly follow the campaign schedule and requirements to join the campaign. In rare cases where the campaign is relaunched, we will notify you via email or push notification.
Influencers are not allowed to delete or archive your posts and this might lead to a ban if we catch anyone doing that.
Basic commission refers to basic payment that you will receive after the advertiser has approved your published social media post.
Earned commission refers to the commission that the other creators have earned from the total budget.
This depends on the total budget, basic commission for posting and extra commission for unique visitors of the campaigns. Generally, the more unique visitors you generated from your post and personalized promote link, the more extra commission you can earn. Besides, it is important to submit your content before the earned commission is getting lesser as it will also affect the payout you received.

2. Click on Wallet.
3. To withdraw money, click on the Withdraw button.
4. Click on PayPal button to proceed.
5. Fill in your PayPal ID that you would like to transfer the money to and then click on Submit. Please note that your PayPal ID needs to be email format so that we can proceed.
6. Select the amount that you would like to withdraw. USD $50 is the minimum amount that you can withdraw.

This depends on the campaign brief. Some campaign's payout is fix while some campaign encourage influencer to share their personalized promote link to their audience.
All you need to do is to share your personalized promote link with others and encourage them to find out more about the brands' products/services by clicking on the link.
1. To get the personalized promote link, click on the Requirements tab on the campaign detail page and scroll down.
2. Next, click on the link icon and then copy the link.
3. Paste this link on your IG bio and caption or share this link with others to generate more unique website visitors in order to earn more commissions.
Payment will be released within 7 to 10 working days after the tracking period of the campaign ends. The withdrawal request will be processed by our finance team within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the requests. You will receive a push notification when payment has been released or your withdrawal request has been processed.
There are a few reasons that may lead to the payout discrepancies:
1. The performance tracking period has ended and you will not receive any additional payouts for any new unique visitors your generated.
2. Many influencers have joined the campaign before you take part in the campaign which causes the remaining budget to decrease. Hence, the payout for you might be lower.
There will be no further reimbursement for rejected/unacceptable content submissions. Thus, it is pivotal to strictly follow the campaign schedule and requirements when you join any campaigns.
We will pay influencers through PayPal. Once the campaign has ended and the payment has been released, the amount will be credited to your StarNgage+ wallet.
