Content Creation: Suitable for marketers who are looking for influencers to build up their content library for marketing collateral. Marketers can use this content for marketing and advertising purposes for a stipulated period of time.
Content Distribution: Marketers provide their own content (images or videos) to influencers for them to share with their audience.
E-commerce Product Review: Influencers visit your website or marketplaces to place orders to try out the products for free. They will be reimbursed for product purchase once they have completed the campaign.
Product Seeding: Marketers can now send products to influencers so that they can write authentic reviews about their brand. There is no extra payout given to the influencers other than the free products. However, USD5 will be charged by the platform when marketers approve the influencers’ applications.
Offline Experience: Marketers can invite influencers to visit their physical outlets or events to try out your products/services.
Increase Followers: Marketers engage influencers to mention their brands or product through stories/posts to drive profile visits and grow their followers.
Performance Based Campaign: Marketers engage influencers to create and share content that promotes their brand and influencers can share their personalized link to drive website traffic. Please note that only performance based campaign model requires the marketers to pay the estimated campaign budget in advance.
Below are the steps that you should follow to create a campaign (Applicable to all campaign models except product seeding and performance based campaign).
For Web Version:
1. To launch a campaign, sign up or login to your brand's account and click on "Create Campaign" on the left navigation menu.
2. Select the campaign model and your preferred social media platform according to your campaign objectives, and click on “Next”.
3. Fill in the campaign details.
4. Upload a cover photo for your campaign.
5. Fill in the campaign and influencer requirements. No idea what to insert? Click to use the available template to save your time. Edit the details to include information relevant to your brand and campaigns.
6. Click on “Next” once you have edited the campaign and influencer requirements.
7. Enter a basic payout for posting. Basic payout refers to the basic payment that you will pay for posting. Please note that this is not applicable if you select product seeding.
8. Select the number of followers that the creators should have and number of creators/influencers that you would like to engage.
9. Click on "Calculate Now" to find out the total budget you need.
10. Once you have filled in all the details, click the “Next” button to publish your campaign.
11. After creating your campaign, it will be sent to the StarNgage editorial team for approval (typically takes 1-3 business days). Once it is approved, it will be shared with our network of influencers.
For App Version:

8. “Unique Website Visitors that You Wish to Achieve” is the budgets to encourage influencers to drive website traffic ($0.10 per unique website visitor) based on the number of unique website visitors that you would like to get from this campaign. Eg. the creator will get $50 when he/she manages to generate 500 unique website visitors ($0.10 x 500). You can enter the maximum number of visitor based on your budget.

5. Toggle "Product Purchase Value" if you would like the creators to make an order for product/service review. The product purchase value is the amount that the creators/influencers need to pay to get the products for product review including the shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees etc.
6. Toggle "Improve Campaign Performance" if you would like to reward the creators when they generate website traffic. This will help to drive more website traffic to your website.
7. Select the number of followers that the creators should have and number of creators/influencers that you would like to engage.

By using StarNgage+, you can run and manage your influencer marketing campaign in just 3 steps or less than 5 minutes— simply create a campaign, pay and approve the content.
These are a few criteria that brands should take into consideration when it comes to budget allocation:
1. Number of influencers promoting your brand
2. Tier of influencers/No of followers that the influencers have

Unique Website Visitors that You Wish to Achieve Feature is introduced to encourage influencers to drive website traffic ($0.10 per unique website visitor) based on the number of unique website visitors that you would like to get from this campaign. When the influencers generate website traffic, the rewards are awarded to them on top of the basic payment that they will receive for content creation. Eg. the creator will get $50 when he/she manages to generate 500 unique website visitors ($0.10 x 500).
For example:
Basic Commission = $50
Commission per Unique Visitor = $0.10
Traffic Brought by the Influencer (Unique Visitors)= 1,000
The influencer will receive: $50 + (1000 x $0.10) = $150
For All Campaign Models except Performance Based Campaign:
1. You will then start receiving interest from influencers. Click on "Applications" on your campaign at the Homepage.
2. After the influencers have submitted their application, click on "Accept" or "Reject" their applications.
3. Proceed to make payment to our platform when you have confirmed the pricing.
4. Once you have made the payment to StarNgage and the influencers have submitted their works, check their works and click "Approve" if they completed the campaign requirements.
For Performance Based Campaign Model:
1. You will then start receiving interest from influencers. Click on "Applications" on your campaign at the Homepage.
2. After the influencers have submitted their application, you can decide whether to "Accept" or "Reject" their applications. Once you have approve the influencers, you may start to liaise with them.
3. Once you have made the payment to StarNgage, Check their works after the influencers have submitted their works, then click on "Approve" if they completed the campaign requirements.
Glad that you have created a campaign and subscribed to on our platform. Here are how you can invite the influencers to attract them to join your campaign:
1. Sign up or login to your brand's account and then click on "Influencer Discovery" on the left navigation menu.
2. Click on the "Filter" button if you are looking for influencers with specific requirements.
3. Tick & select the influencers whom you would like to invite. Then, click on the "Invite Influencers".
4. Click on the campaign that you want the influencers to join and click on the "Invite Influencers". We will send invitation to invite these influencers.
Our dashboard provides reporting data including the overall number of lading pageviews, unique visitors and the influencer applications (including those applied, rejected and accepted applications. Brands can delve in further by analyzing the top performing influencers based on the number of lading pageviews and unique visitors generated by them respectively.
Here are how you can view the contact information of the influencers:
1. Sign up or login to your brand's account and then click on "Influencer Discovery" on the left navigation menu.
2. Click on the "Filter" button if you are looking for influencers with specific requirements.
3. Select the influencers whom you would like to invite.
4. Once you have done, click on the "View Contact Information" and you should be able to view the contact information of the selected influencers.
Our powerful campaign builder is of a great help if you have no idea on how much to pay the influencers. All you need to do is to insert the basic payout that you are comfortable to pay the influencers, the unique website visitors that you wish to achieve (only applicable for performance campaign model) the number of influencers you would like to engage. Our platform will help you to calculate the total amount that you should pay to influencers to save you the trouble!
Brands will have to pay upfront for performance based campaign while payment is require when brands approve the influencers' application for other campaign models. Our platform will hold the escrow payment temporarily to ensure that creators submit the required deliverables before releasing it to the creators. The remaining budget will be credited to your StarNgage+ Wallet. For existing brands, the payment will be first deducted from the balance inside the StarNgage+ Wallet. The amount will be deducted from your selected credit card when there is an insufficient balance in the Wallet.

In some circumstances, we may offer a refund to your account. Our decisions about refunds are made on a case-by-case basis and depend on the facts and circumstances of the particular issue. All refunds are made at our sole discretion and without admission of liability. You'll typically be notified about refunds in our Dashboard but our merchant success team may also contact you directly about refunds. If you don't hear from us, we're not giving a refund.
The Starter plan is for marketers who are just getting started with influencer marketing. The Business, Business Pro and Agency plans provide additional benefits than the starter plan for marketers to power up their influencer campaigns by reaching out to more influencers. It is designed for marketers who work with a big number of influencers. You may bypass the time-consuming procedures of creating an influencer list, locating their contact information, and contacting each one individually.
Even you’ve made the payment, you are allowed to switch plans at any time. Simply choose the plan that is best fit for your needs, and don't worry if you change your mind later.
The minimum subscription for all the plans is one month. You can cancel the subscription plan anytime after one month. No cancellation fee is charged.
Yes. The service fee or platform fee varies based on the subscription plan you chose. Brands on the Starter, Business and Business Pro plan will be charged a 10% platform fee whereas brands on the Agency plan will only be charged a 5% fee.
Your subscription will remain the same. Brands who previously used the Basic plan will need to pay $49 per month to unlock more features with the new Starter plan. For marketers using the Business plan previously, they will continue to pay $69 monthly to enjoy the new plan.
Email and phone support are available to all registered brands. With Priority and Premier support, your support requests move to the head of the queue for our customer service team to assist you. A dedicated account manager will be assigned to you if you subscribe to our Agency plan.
