crystal clear and calm waters, 3rd largest barrier reef, amazing sealife, soft sandy beaches, incredibly nice and friendly people, AMAZING food… this island has it all 🩵 📍Location at the end of video ✈️ WHEN TO GO: summer all year round, so any month is a good month! there is high & low season though! Touching down on the sun-drenched shores of Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos was a dream come true. After a short flight from Providence Ales, I checked into my cozy Airbnb and rented a golf cart to explore the island. But first, there was one place I had to visit: the hospital where I was born. Although it’s now run-down and no longer in use, being there reminded me of the power of self-reflection and knowing where we come from. With that sentiment in my heart, I set off to explore the island’s natural beauty. From the salt flats to the museum, Grand Turk is rich in history and has welcomed many explorers over the years. Remembering where you come from and where you are can be a powerful thing, and this adventure was an adventure of self-reflection that I’ll never forget.
