As Uncle Lee does not have proprietorship rights to Hock Ann Confectionery, we have been discouraged to use the name in our upcoming unit before further actions will be taken. We are happy (we hope you will be too 🥰) to rebrand this exclusively to our well loved Dad to Uncle Lee’s confectionery. There is NO change to the current operations and mode of collection of the cakes because it has all the while been managed by Uncle Lee’s direct family. We know you may have more questions, will be doing a Q & A on insta story soon. Have a great day ahead! Due to the new arrangements and change of name, we are revising many things internally etc. Apology that our replies were slower but rest assured that we will reply within 24 hours. Currently our Oct and Nov slots are taken. Next available slots are in Dec. We have many exciting new arrangements (walks in available, increased qty and CNY bakes) for Jan and we will share more in late Nov.
