Here is my unsolicited advice on how to avoid & also spot these scammers so they can get taken down. Also, check the slides. A girl is tired. I have reported astrologyangellmedium several times to @instagram & have tried to get verified but they ain't about it. I keep reporting & stating this person is impersonating me & they don't care. Here's my list of how to spot a fake: 1. The name is off. 🚩 Example: astrologyangemediums - close enough to seem like the original but slightly different. This makes it hard for those just glancing at the account & recognizing it as a fraud. So, check the name. 2. They request to follow you. 🚩 If you've been following an account & then click on the imposter, only to notice they aren't being followed by you or they request to follow you out of nowhere - then maybe it's a scammer. 3. The content is all new. 🚩 The pictures usually have no captions, they've all been posted all out of order, they just popped up within the last few days/hours - & some even a week. With many business accounts being public, anyone can screenshot the content - but many creators do write captions or tag. Some even download videos and post them! 4. They slide in the DMs to shoot their shot with your wallet. 🚩 If anyone comes into your DMs talking about ancestors, spirits, or that they feel called to give you a reading AND you didn't ask or give them permission - just delete + block them. All of the businesses on social media have ways for you to purchase as you would like - many through websites, links in bio, or even shopping directly on that platform. Don't just Cashapp/Venmo/PayPal some random account who is bothering you first. 5. They try to bully you into a "reading" - right on the spot.🚩 Many biz owners on here are busy, so don't have immediate openings to go bother potential clients in the DMs. They usually won't be out there trying to coerce you into a session. Be safe out there.

Another day and another scammer. This is my ONE AND ONLY ACCOUNT. I only do readings via my website link where you purchase directly through it or in person in Colorado - where I live. I don't offer DM reading anymore. Please report, block, ignore, delete - whatever these fake imposter accounts. Be an informed consumer. I hardly follow anyone's personal accounts unless I personally know them, have met them, or have a relationship with them. This is my biz account. I post things for free and try not to bother anyone with it. I only offer sessions in person or via my link in bio. That's it. I won't bother you in the DMs (I am working 3 jobs right now - I don't have the time). And I honestly try to spend the least amount of time I can on this app. Ignore anybody trying to be someone you don't know. These freaks keep scamming. I tagged a few imposter accounts - which it is so freaky they have my pictures and my face on their accounts - I didn't know I had a fan club these days. I can't tag the newest one since they got a little smart. @ astrologyangelmediumms isn't me. Anyway... hope they have the day they deserve and that water is forever their enemy. We are all seeing a rise in Fake Profiles. They are targeting artists, spiritual accounts, and those of us who have small businesses. I wanted to just drop a few tips on how to avoid getting scammed on IG/FB by an imposter account. 1. You're not following them but they all of a sudden follow you - then slide in the DMs. 2. They contact you FIRST. Especially if it's someone you don't know or are familiar with. If they come into the DMs with some request to do a reading for you & ask for money - just ignore & delete. No one is being sent by ancestors. There is no Nigerian Prince waiting. You shouldn't be considered for a reading by someone who has never spoken directly to. 3. You check out the profile & it looks a little off. The pictures are weird, no captions, small amount of followers, words are misspelled, & don't align with that person's normal way of communication. One of my fakes had the AUDACITY to link a web tree that didn't even work to match up their misspelled name. Ay, Dios mio! 4. They are pushy about payment via Cashapp, Venmo or something like that. Most readers on socials have a website or shop or way to contact them to set up a session/reading/healing work. Again, many of us are trying to run a biz - we need to keep track of clients & orders. I usually send people from email or DMs over to my website shop where they can shop from my listings or book directly on my website. 5. If you're curious whether you should get a reading from someone, look up their reviews or information. If the imposter is short, berating, or avoiding you (especially after payment) - please report them & also make sure to take it up with whatever service you used. Many people get their money back - so please take care of yourself out there. These are just a few tips to perhaps help you not get taken advantage of by these crappy individuals who want to make a quick coin off of vulnerable souls. For some of us, we love this work & want to help others. We are busy running our biz & can't stop this from happening. But you can be an informed consumer.

I quit 2 jobs in less than a month. That's wild! Now, I am just recovering from the chaos that everyone called August. I had so much emotional turmoil over what happened that I am still reeling. I am reworking a few projects I had long forgotten, and I am trying to get back to myself. I am figuring out Patreon - which I started in 2018 and never went live with (my baaad), and also working on getting my podcast going - which I also started back in 2020 but never went live. I started a deck with my BFF back in 2016, but we never completed it, and she passed away in 2021. Tomorrow is actually 2 years - which is insane how fast time passes you up. Are you sensing a pattern here? Yup. ADHD + allowing chaos, self-doubt, and lack of creativity keep me from following through on things I wanted to share. Imposter syndrome is real, too. Why would anyone care about my little things? And while I have had a lot of things on the back burner, or wishes and ideas I wanted to follow through on, being a person is hard! I have been in survival mode since 2016. It feels like I have been trying to fight the final boss for years. Hardships, challenges, obstacles, and difficulties have covered various corners of my life. I can't change what happened in the past, but I am choosing me now. I need to get these things out there that have sat within my soul ready to be shared. So here's to Retrograde season! As someone with 6 natal Rx placements, I get it.
