I have re-edited the Amalfi Coast video to include the boat trip and it’s now on my YouTube. I’ve never taken down a published video and re-edit as I normally put a lot of thoughts into creating the content before I upload the video. However I was going through a very busy and stressful time here in London and my mind was too focused on dealing with important matters. The new version includes our boating along the Amalfi Coast; it wasn’t part of the tour itinerary, it was a very last minute decision made by the group to go boating. It’s been quite a warm September here in London. I have brought a few cashmere cardigans and a down coat with me, and it only rained for 2-3 days and mostly sunny and warm, blue sky and white clouds. I am quite shocked because I expected cold, dark and gloomy. The last time I was in London was in February 2018, the whole city was covered in snow because of the severe snowstorm. I could only visit Oxford the day before the snowstorm, the trains were canceled and so Hyde Park was my daily stroll area since I stayed in Mayfair. Boating in the Amalfi Coast is a dreamy experience. The sunshine and sea breeze are gentle; towering cliffs, colorful cliff-clinging houses and gardens create such a dramatic coastal scene. I spent last Friday and Saturday in Capri, both days are such precious memories for me. On my first day I walked from the port Marina Grande all the way up to the centre of Capri. It took me about an hour at noon. I don’t recommend this route because it’s actually quite dangerous to walk up the narrow roads with many buses and motorbikes gliding right by your side. But anyway I had a good exercise and was very excited when I reached the top. The air is really beautiful and fresh, the sun is so strong that everything is sparkling. Then a delightful lunch next to Prada. Just the best time! #capri #italy #island #summer #sunshine

I miss my room in Paris🥰 I like this hotel so much I stayed there for a week in April 2019 and another week in July 2022. It’s on rue Saint-Honoré and so the location is very convenient, I like the little balcony and the fact that it’s right above the Chanel flagship just makes it even more glamorous haha🤩 My lovely HKU classmate offered her home for me to stay in my future visits during the summer, it’s in the 13 arrondissement, I spent a day with her walking around the neighborhood, eating ice cream in the park, having tea at her place, it’s a multicultural district and very pleasant! I guess when I am confident enough to ride bicycle around the city I will consider taking the offer, since going to the city center by taxi and scooter is a bit pricey… My 7th visit to Paris in the last 17years and I haven’t tried the subway yet, still a bit scared to go down there by myself hah anyone else🥹 #paris #jadore
