Met with our branding team today over baked goods by Chef @marasoriano08 (making our meeting a tasting one too! ☺️) to help us establish our brand for @aginana_villas and our cafe. Before we sat down with them we thought we knew clearly what we wanted, only to be overwhelmed by sooooo many questions that initially got us confused! But questions that really forced us to think hard about our identity and goals. Kala namin alam na namin ano at sino kami at ano gusto namin gawin. Thankfully clarity was achieved at the end of the session-and Im sure more and more after they present their data to us from our discovery sessions. Brand apparently isnt just a name or a logo afterall! Thank you @bukid.studio for guiding us. 🤗🤗🤗 Exciting times!!!

Everything the Lord permits today is to prepare us for tomorrow. Do you like difficulties? Or do you avoid them? Even flee from them? Sino bang gustong nahihirapan diba? Pero paano kung sa pamamagitan ng paghihirap mo ngayon ay hinuhubog at hinuhulma Niya ang iyong pagkatao? Im sure this is a question for many believers who after coming to Christ suddenly are experiencing challenges. Bakit ganun Lord? Bakit parang mas mahirap ngayon? Its usually an unmet expectation because we tend to think that God is a genie who will make our problems go away in a snap. But He isnt. He is God. Who is sovereign and almighty to permit what He wills knowing its for our good (and yes that includes problems, pain and persecution-pruning and purging, purifying us of our impurities) and what is good is that we become conformed to the image of His Son Jesus. That we grow jn Christlikeness. And how do we grow? Through trials. We dont grow when were happy! We do when life is hard! And so its through trials that we grow and mature in character and be more like Jesus. For the believer whos been forgiven his sins and freed from the hold of his PAST- is justified or made right before God through Jesus, whose hope is in his FUTURE glorification (or perfection) and eternal life with God The Father one day, you can embrace your PRESENT sufferings knowing that you have The Holy Spirit in you to guide you strengthen you empower you as you conform to Christ through the trials God The Father allows. Knowing what your suffering produces and knowing your future is secure, will you still not rejoice?🙏🏻 Echoing what @mikki.e.eduardo preached last Sunday on Psalm 98- Our Good God who has done great things deserves our praise at ALL TIMES.❤️ Lord give me a heart that is submissive to Your will for me. Help me embrace suffering knowing what your intent is and what it is meant to produce in me. Help me receive and not resist. Help me depend on You always for strength. Help me grow and be more like your Son Jesus. To be like Him is good for me. Amen.🙏🏻

The Lord is so abundant in His love… So sure and decided on His forgiveness… And so unchanging and enduring in His character… I thank God He blessed me with a Dad and Husband who love me like my Heavenly Father. And the only way they do is because they have received His Love and Forgiveness from Him first that they have the very same grace love and forgiveness to extend to me (we cannot give what we do not have). Happy Father’s Day to My Papa God in Heaven who stood as my guide in raising Gummy and whom she recognized as her father throughout our solo parent family years. Happy Father’s Day to my dad, Pops, through whom I first experienced God’s gentle loving kindness. Happy Father’s Day to my husband @mikki.e.eduardo who loves Gummy and I continuously and unconditionally with that same love as our Heavenly and earthly fathers. Thank you Lord God for in You we have a PERFECT HEAVENLY Father, one whom we may never have had here on earth but can have anytime we receive Your Son into our lives.
