Words cannot describe how awesome today's New England Aquarium/Boston Harbor Cruises Whale Watch aboard "Asteria" was today. Even photos and videos could not do it justice. There was so much activity that you could not see it all. If you looked at one of the <at least> 12-15 breaches...you might miss some bubble net feeding groups of whales. If you watched the feeding...you might miss the tail breaching...or chin breaching....or spy hopping There were conservatively...50 whales in a 2 mile diameter circle. And even more out in the distance. We found ourselves surrounded by so many whales that we had to "clutch-out" the jet drives and drift because they kept coming up close to the boat. How close you ask?
