Taking a pic of Mark from Cooinda Isn’t easy. Nothing to do with him. His smile is infectious. He’s a seriously super great guy and a fabulous producer of awesome produce. But here’s the go… His dried fruit, especially his dried persimmon is so incredibly good it’s hard to concentrate on Mark. In fact, he was the last thing on our mind. It was like ‘Mark, look over there, there’s something you need to see’, meanwhile said dried persimmon went straight into someone’s mouth. Luckily we managed to take a pic before said persimmon was devoured and the plate of fab produce was completely messed with. There’s no denying why Mark’s smile is so big.
