⚠️ NEW ERUPTION IN ICELAND ⚠️ AND WE SAW IT FIRST!

BIG volcano update: we just had our largest earthquake of recent days registering 5.4! New cracks everywhere. Things are HOTTING UP! Here’s a large rockfall on Keilir, you can faintly see the dust.

Fill in the blank for me people: I want a full time photographer in Iceland to show me _______. Fire away! 💥

I’m finding Threads really fun; I’ve used Threads more in these 72 hours than I used Twitter in 7/8 years 😅

Earthquakes: the new alarm clock style taking Iceland by storm 🇮🇸

Constant earthquakes. New sounds and movements. The Earth is alive!

Update: Earthquakes❗️When you can feel them, hear them and SEE them, you know it’s getting real ❗️

VOLCANO UPDATE 08.07: seismic activity slowing down BUT the magma is much closer to the surface: either the magma is now so close to the surface that it can’t be measured or it’s slowing down/ moving laterally: it could go either way! 🌋 Will YOU come to Iceland if there’s an eruption? 🌋

Couldn’t have put it better myself. Let’s keep going with this greatness!
