Some highlights from my dinner the other day @koancph Such an aesthetic and beautiful experience by @kristianbaumann and team👊🏻❤️

Grilled langoustine with a ragout of the claws and brains… on the side a plate of later summer raspberries marinated with aromatic herbs, yeast and rose “fudge” and black pepper…

Have you ever done a salt baked fish? It’s soo delicious and fun to do! Especially with kids… a good way to teach them about Gastronomi and simple flavours… I dare you to try it out this weekend👊🏻 Cod, turbot, sea bass and seabream are some of my favourites.

Details upon details @nomacph An experience beyond beautiful ❤️
