A Sunday in Harlem…

Come skating with meeeee. I love skating so much I just really want to be one of those smooth aunties doing spins and tricks so bad. I gotta get in the rink more! I need a lil skating group, who’s trying to link up! My life dream is to have one of those dumb big houses and instead of a movie theatre or bowling alley, ya girl is gonna have a skating rink! MTV Cribs style.

Come to @qcspa with me! This video legit been sitting in my drafts since my birthday in May because I didn’t know how to post a 2 min reel 🤣 but finally googled it and you just post as a regular post 🤣 anywho! The bessssst part of the spa was definitely the Aqua Level but I didn’t really take my phone out because everything involved water, so i have no video. But the steam rooms were something serious! And they had multiple crazy shower experiences and the foot bath like flooded your senses! And it’s BOGO free on your birthday so get ya boo to take you! 😉 The outdoor pools are heated so don’t go on a super hot day, but also not a day that’s too cool cuz ideally you’ll be outside catching a tan. So pull up while it’s still feeling like summer time in the fall.

Life lately (aka the past week lol). The fro made an appearance after a 2 month hiatus. Took my first kettlebell class 🤯. Ice cream. Harlem is mad hilly, it was very much giving San Fran. Nature walks add a lil razzle dazzle to the self care routine. Architects deserve more hype.

50 Years of Hip Hop Block Party 🎉

The NY Liberty game last Friday was 🔥 this season has been my first time attending any WNBA games. Shoutout to my financial advisor @theafrocentricone for hooking up her clients with banging seats this season. 🫶🏽

Planned on going on a lil axe throwing date in BK last weekend. Got to the spot and apparently the place closed down 2 months ago. It was scorching hot outside and we needed shelter from the heat so we stopped in this cute lil bar. But apparently the chef (who makes theee best tacos on fridays) took the day off to move to a new apartment. Figures… So we ordered tacos to the bar (they were bangin btw! If I see birria on the menu it’s a given.) and had a couple drinks. & to top it all off once we left the bar, we got caught in the rain. (Which was actually amazing considering it was like 98 degrees that day 😭) serendipity at its finest. ✨

Yoga with my yoga queen in Harlem! 🙇🏽‍♀️🤩🧘🏽‍♀️ @kittygonzalez_whereverforever
