What a day! Thank you @access_adventures for getting me out waterskiing. Even if I was the biggest baby about it at the start! #brickingit Glad that I put on my big girl pants/board shorts and got back out there. I love that you guys make it possible to do these things I never thought I’d be able to do #biglove #thankyou #ouchmyarms . . . #adaptivesports #disabilitysport #parasport #thisgirlcan #weareundefeatable #waterskiing #watersports #newbie #accessiblesports #accessibledaysout #accessadventures #spinalcordinjury #attitudeofgratitude #ouchmyarms #londonsummer #summertime #onthewater #letsgooutside

What a way to watch the sun set on the past 3 years! Today marks the anniversary of ‘that’ day, when paralysis turned my life upside down and I suffered an injury that changed everything. Today has been a mixture of emotions, but mostly, I’m filled with incredible gratitude: For a recovery better than anyone ever expected, for the lessons I’ve learned about myself, for the people who have come into my life in the past three years, for all those who have loved and supported me. I’m not going to pretend it’s all been sunsets and cherry blossoms. It’s been hard and my life looks entirely different today, but I’m still here and I’m still me. And everything else is just a detail. Big love to all my friends who have been on this journey with me xx #ThankYou #sunset #cherryblossom #spinalcordinjury #injurversary #attitudeofgratitude

I saw this tonight and was so moved to see my whole community come out in support of women who have been victims of violence following the tragic dead of Sarah Everard. We may not be able to attend a real life vigil but I’m going to join with my neighbours tonight in keeping a candle lit in my window. And to all those friends who I’ve said ‘I’ll call you when I get home’ and then never call - I’m sorry. Let’s all keep looking after each other - not just tonight, but every night ❤️❤️

Thank you @dandydoodlez 😁😁😁 I love this! How was this only a few weeks ago? It feels like a lifetime since #neworleans #onetimeinnola . . . #NOLA #girlstrip #streetcar #noplacelikeNOLA #onlylouisiana #BigEasy #travelgram #travelusa #worldtraveler #travelphotography

I completely fell in love with Bermuda. You would need weeks to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the Island and a helping hand from friends if you have limited mobility. A good starting point in the Royal Dock Yard. So pretty! #bermuda #bermudatriangle #gotobermuda #itravelbermuda #bermudadreaming #bermudianalife #traveljunkie #bbctravel

I could look at these views forever 🥰 #bermudadreaming #bermudatriangle #getlost #bermuda #gotobermuda #itravelbermuda #bermudadreaming #beemudianalife #islandvibes #paradise

On the town in Bermuda 🇧🇲 These steps were a challenge to climb, but aren’t they so pretty? 🥰 Feeling very blessed to be on my feet and able for the challenge. Wouldn’t change a thing. #onestepatatime #bermudanights #bermuda

With directions like these, is it any wonder you can get lost in the #bermudatriangle #getlost #bermuda #gotobermuda #itravelbermuda #bermudadreaming #beemudianalife #islandvibes #paradise

It’s been a long time since I went through my obsession with photographing doors and windows, but New Orleans will do that to you... It felt good to be snap happy again - who knew mobility was so important for taking some holiday pics! Still a long way to go, but getting there. #NOLA #whenonedoorcloses #doorphotography #neworleansblues
