To all the islanders out there, can you relate to this ? What do you miss the most from your fenua when you travel ?🥲 #raiatea #tahiti #frenchpolynesia #myislandhome #iliveinparadise

Home sweet home🌴✨ SOOO excited to finally introduce you all to my cherished beauty ritual at @niushack in Raiatea !! It all began 5 years ago with Mum and I experimenting with coconut leftovers for the skin and avocado for our hair. Over time, we perfected our recipes using treasures from our valley like taina flowers, pineapple skin, honey, turmeric and more… Never did I imagine that our personal wellness routines would transform into an immersive experience for visitors and gain such success! A huge shoutout to my friend @wan_alex for believing in me and helping me embrace my role as a “Beauty Guide.” Seeing the Purotu immersion we created together with @nani.travels flourishing across other islands is truly a dream come true. If you’re ever on the sacred island and want to dive into some amazing beauty tips through a unique wellness ritual, check out the link in my BIO! 🤎🤙🏽 #niushack #niulife #raiatea #frenchpolynesia #beautyritual #wellnessexperience

Turning 30🎂 I thought I’d be celebrating far from my family. Instead, I’ve found myself surrounded by an even larger family: the Pacific Family. When we think of family, we often think of blood ties and genealogies. But what if we expanded that notion to include our connections to land, ocean, and culture? Here in the Pacific, it’s not just blood that links us ; it’s also the land— as we are “ma’ohi”— the vast ocean connecting our islands, the rich culture and a common life vision. So ready to begin this new journey around the sun with my newfound extended family of te Ao Oteania. 💙 PS : @ranifly1 you are my sister by blood, by fenua, by moana and culture 🩸🏝️🌊🇵🇫 #niulife #30yearsold #hawaii #oahu #festpac2024

To live a life full of abundance is to acknowledge the abundance around us. Training our minds to appreciate the simple things - we unfortunately take for granted - so that we can see more of them. Over the last 6 months, I realize that having a fruit tree in the garden, swimming in clear and turquoise waters, watching a colorful sunset, seeing a 🌈 on my way, eating homegrown food🌱, spending time alone in nature, collaborating with brands who support your vision, meeting new people sharing your values, and having a loving mother by my side were all forms of abundance. May this help you to maintain a mindset of abundance, as we are entering Matari’i i raro, a cycle where nature regenerates and invites us to content ourselves with less.✨ #lessismore #newcycle #niulife #frenchpolynesia #abundanceiseverywhere

✨How much you take care of yourself is a direct reflection of your sense of self-worth. Raiatea has been life-changing, in my perception of myself since 2019. Before that, I was barely following a beauty routine to look good and not to feel good. I couldn’t imagine how self care habits could positively impact my mental health, my emotional world and significantly build up my self esteem. That’s why this year, I’m sharing more beauty tips and recommendations because I just want to share with you the benefits I experienced from them and make you feel sacred. Treat your body like the most precious tool you have to live your life to the fullest. In love with the sacred coconut oil of @ltbfenua made in Raiatea with organic coconuts and cold pressured, to preserve all the vitamins.🥥 #organiccoconutoil #madewithlove❤️ #naturalbeautycare #sacredbeauty #raiatea

They say « dress for the job you want »…so here is me in my office outfit 🍉 making a coconut body scrub that is infused with the scents of plumeria and tiare flowers. 📷 @tainaperolini

Choosing passion over paycheck, values over valuation, and time over titles. Here’s to creating a life that’s authentically mine. 🌟 Sorry Dad… #niulife #followyourpassion #followyourvision #tahiti #createalifeyoulove

‘Ia ora na to my new followers 🌼 my name is Eva but first let me tell you about NIU Life ! What is NIU Life ? My own definition of NIU is “Nature Inspires Us” as everything we do in the valley of Tepuhapa in Raiatea is nature inspired : from the food we cook to the natural remedies and beauty concoctions we create, nature is our marketplace and best healer. This transformation, this pivot to a new world, I owe it to my mother who is native of Raiatea. She envisioned and brought to life a refuge where we can slow down, recharge and reconnect. Joining her, we created @niushack and this was not just a choice but a calling - to share this paradise with others while learning to preserve our natural heritage and embrace simplicity and sustainability in our lives. Would you like a NIU life and become a NIU person ?:) Big thanks to @mariesan.dx for helping me to capture my favorite corners of the Sacred Island🎥 #niulife #startnewlife #newlifestyle #raiatea #frenchpolynesia🇵🇫
