One thing about us, we dream big but we put in the work to make those dreams a reality ❤️ Second pic is of us in 2017. We were still dating, @johnjewett3 was working as a clinical dietician and I had been working at an animal hospital. During this time we created a “Five year vision/goal board”. On this board we put down everything we wanted to accomplish. Amongst the goals a few were: -Win a pro show -Education Site up and running -Compete at the Olympia @johnjewett3 has won pro shows, will go on to the Olympia for the 4th time and has created an education site that has impacted the way so many people approach coaching. On top of that, I have also won a pro show, gone to the Olympia and he has taken me there. I call this a bonus goal because it wasn’t on our original board 😝 Looking back at this goal board I’ve come to realize we have exceeded EVERYTHING we set out to do! (The only thing left to check off is our 5 year wedding anniversary extravaganza trip. Which will be coming up at the end of this year 🥳) I’ve also come to realize we could dream SO much bigger. Dream as big and wild as you possibly can because given enough grit, you can accomplish anything. I guess this was my long winded post to congratulate @johnjewett3 on his win this past weekend but to also congratulate him on winning in life. You have been my champion every single day since I met you at the gym and you asked me if I wanted to go get some IHOP afterwards 🥰❤️⭕️

Growth Phase Week 7 🤗 Starbucks barista at the airport asked if I was on prep so I must not be too chunky 😜 Either that or I looked hangry. Currently sitting around 146.5 which is up about 8lbs since my fat loss phase ended 7 weeks ago. Overall happy with my progress. Not sure how long this phase will last, but enjoying all the food while I have it 😋

Call me crazy but I like to stay on track as much as possible when I travel. Does it take a bit more planning, prep and packing? It does, but at this point it’s second nature. This is how I packed my @animalpak supps for my recent visit back home to Hawaii. I usually throw my packed ziplocks into my checked bag but I’ve also carried on pre-portioned powders and have never had any issues going through TSA. Sometimes I have to go through extra screening, sometimes I don’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Using ziplocks is a space and weight saver. My bag weighed in at 49.8lbs 😅 I barely made the 50lb weight cutoff. I also brought precooked chicken, fiber tortillas and oatmeal. Pre planning helped me stay on track, but I still had freedom for some extra treats 😋

Being extra by the pool is my new hobby. Now if every mosquito could just die that would be great 😊

Body by brownie 😅 Went out of town for a week, had some treats but for the most part stuck to my plan. Usually if I have consecutive “off plan” foods the extra calories stick to me like glue. This time around I had a bit of a weight increase, and abs are definitely less visible but overall I’m actually surprised conditioning is still pretty good 😊 Obviously a brownie every night,coaches orders, is highly anabolic, stay tuned for muscle updates 🫡

If you’ve journeyed with me you’ve probably already seen my before picture. Can you believe I still have that exact same bikini 😅 It is well over a decade old so the elastic is worn out and I had to do some rolling and tucking to keep it from looking like soiled diaper butt when I put it on this morning. I still remember buying this bikini and having a near melt down because I couldn’t find any that I was comfortable in. I finally settled on this one but I would still wear shorts or a cover up because I felt so uncomfortable. I felt like a prisoner in my own body, it was suffocating and it wasn’t only because I was unsatisfied with my physique, it was so much more than that but it only intensified the way I felt about how I looked. I don’t keep this bikini because I’ll ever actually wear it again, I keep it to remember where I started and to remind myself of how far I’ve come. This journey hasn’t only been one of superficial appearances but one of inner development. One of happiness and feeling complete freedom from my own self.

Ok, you’ve been stabbed in the back but have you ever been stabbed in your eye by your bangs? 😩 The betrayal Still out here doing all the boring bodybuilding stuff 😅 Eat, train, sleep on repeat.

My only physique goal is to build curves while still enjoying a tasty treat every now and again 😋
