1 + 2 - a little yoga at the split✨ 3 - stingray friend swimming with Mr. Pelican right in front of my house, didn’t have to go far for this @natgeo moment. 😂 4 - flowers spotted on my walk through the island 🌸 5 - I find so much calmness in the serene blues and majestic wonder of the Carribean sea. 💙 I find myself at the barrier reef more and more this past year, and increasingly more so in the past 6 months. I savor the alone time I get on the boat in the middle of the sea, hearing the waves crash over the shore as I look over the bow to see a friendly nurse shark swim by now and again. 6 - Seeing my name showcased as the musical performer for the night is a dream I never thought I’d see reach reality. It may not be my name in lights, but maybe it’s getting there. Either way— it makes me feel something warm deep inside every time I get to sing and play my guitar for a crowd. 7- Storm on Lil Zen 🚤 she loves her boat rides but HATES when I’m snorkeling and she can’t see me. I can hear her crying from the boat while snorkeling sometimes. 🙊 8 + 9 - a little R&R. The beautiful pool at this location in San Pedro, and Tom my favorite bodega cat on Caye Caulker. Wanna visit Caye Caulker? 🏝️ I have a few slots left for my New Year Retreat Dec 29 - Jan 2! Send me a DM or visit the link in my bio for more details. 💕 Dates opening for 2024 soon! 5️⃣ lessons I’ve learned as a yoga teacher ⤵️ 1️⃣ It takes an extremely courageous amount of personal power to open up and share your story. 2️⃣ Every BODY moves at their own pace, but is capable of profound transformation. both mentally + physically. 3️⃣ The language of love can be found anywhere in the world, within us, and nature—and we are all programmed to understand one another through that language. 4️⃣ When you commit to yourself, the rest falls into place. 5️⃣ Every emotional pain you are stuck in can be moved through. literally moved through, with movement. ✨ What lessons have you learned through yoga? #yogateachers #yogastudents

it’s giving… Chel from The Road to El Dorado 🌴🌟💖 🥵 definitely a Halloween idea of mine now. who’s ready for spooky season? 👻 🎃🖤🧡🔮 Halloween is my favorite holiday and time of the year so I feel like when September rolls around I start getting extremely excited for the time ahead. hands-down am guilty of watching the simpson’s treehouse of horror episodes on @disneyplus in bed last night with some homemade chocolate chip cookies! 🍪 what’s your go to mode of Halloween time self-care? 3 ideas for you: - take a bubble bath with cinnamon sticks. this bath is used for spiritual protection + aide, healing and growth with your relationship ships. - journal about your fears surrounding the future. write out the worst case scenarios + what you would do if that happened. (it’s powerful, trust me) - bake some Halloween cookies and put on one of your favorite Halloween classics #cayecaulkerbelize #halloween2023

If you told me on my 25th birthday I would be: ✨ living on an island in Belize ✨ running my own business and hosting international retreats ✨ a land owner in a foreign country ✨ living free, completely giving myself the permission and space to be myself ✨ playing my guitar and singing for actual money ✨ empowering others to live life to their fullest, break past barriers placed on us by ourselves and others, and step into their authentic selves. ✨ having a team of people all around the world who support me. I wouldn’t believe you at all. 😂 🙅🏻‍♀️ but somehow I’ve managed to swing all of that by the time I turned 25 and I seriously gotta say, thank you, to me. 😂 I just wouldn’t be here without you girl. So this is a shout-out post to…. me. 💖 but in all seriousness, cheers to 25 years!🥂 #cayecaulkerbelize #islandgyal #25birthday #cayecaulker

it’s giving… Leo vibes 🦁🔥😎 as my birthday is right around the corner (tomorrow) I’m riding on my birthday waves all week/weekend 🎉🥥 🌊 for me, birthdays hold a much bigger significance than the new calendar year. I have always found birthdays to be a moment of reevaluation, reflection and preparation. a moment of manifestation for your future self who is coming faster than you think. 🤍 to me, birthdays are the start of a new year and worlds of opportunity. it’s the time to celebrate yourself and how far you have come in the past year, but also a time of recognizing and establishing where you truly want to be in one full year from now. ✨ as I’ll be spending my second birthday in Caye Caulker this year, I find solace in the turquoise waters and the waves crashing off the reef, paired with life long relationships that have entered my life. I am grateful to @normangill057 for always taking me out on the water and reminding me everyday: life is just for living. 💚 💙 I am grateful to @princess_dana77 for always being a phone call away no matter what happens. and thankful for @_kaylz._.bz & @rcavanaugh1972 being my support system whenever the island life gets a little too small for its own good. #cayecaulker #25birthday #islandgyal #cayecaulkerbelize

takeaways after one full year living in Caye Caulker, Belize 🇧🇿 🏝️ 🌊 🥥 👇🏽 ⏰ island time is real, and it will absolutely get the best of you. 🥭 do not let the Rasta fruits man, ducunu or meat pies guys pass you by when you’re hungry, you’ll totally regret it later. 🦈 nurse sharks and frigate birds are actually much friendlier than you think. ⚡️ sting rays too. they just got a bad rap thanks to our friend, Mr. Irwin 🚲 bicycles are arguably better means of transportation than a golf cart. 💕 genuine friendships can be scarce, so hold onto your soul fam when you find them. 🦞 opening of lobster season is a synonym for “get ready fi party” 😆 also, lobster truly can be transformed in more ways than I knew. 🤤 🌊 living by the ocean really is better. 🌀 things will quite literally never go as planned or expected, and that’s just the beauty of life. cheers to a year living in Caye Caulker 🥂 & onto many more on this lovely little island 💙 #belize #caribbeanisland #cayecaulker #islandgyal

@belikinultra x Sunset Catamaran Cruise x Lobster Fest 2023! 🌊 you know I had to bust out a little yoga. (and leave the original video volume up a bit, so you can hear the cheering from the boat) 😜 There’s no better place to be other than Caye Caulker with a @belikinultra in your hand during Lobster Fest weekend! 🏝️ 🇧🇿 🦞 🍻 This year’s Lobster Fest was one for the books. ❤️ Grateful for the people and the experiences of this past weekend. P.S. keep an eye out for a retreat announcement coming soon! 🏝️ ☀️ #belize #belikinbeer #belikin #belikinultra #cayecaulker #lobsterfest #yogaoutdoors @belikinbeer #beultrazen

on a catamaran somewhere in the carribean 🌊 🇧🇿😊 this life has its ebbs and flows but god damn it’s so beautiful. I’m so grateful for where I am, the love in my life, getting to live and experience my passions daily, friendships supporting my growth, my business flowing as fluid and free as my spirit, the people that come into my life on a continuous basis, the beauty I experience around me constantly. There’s something about the sea, and effect it has on me, and the ethereal, eternal connection I feel when on the water that makes me stick around here. 💙 love letters to the universe & Belize 💕 #belize #caribbean #islandgyal
