Pain au Brie fondu in collaboration with Galaxy. Have you decided what you are going to prepare for Christmas eve or on Christmas? If you have some stale pain maison at home, instead of throwing them away you can consume it by making this easy Pain au Brie Fondu. This is vegetarian, in case you are looking for a vegetarian appetizer to add to your table. On another note, did you go to Galaxy at Bagatelle Mall? There are a lot of things right? Ingredients - 1 pain maison (using a stale one) - 1 round Brie cheese - 3 tbsp Butter - 2 tsp Pepper - 2 tsp Parsley (chopped) - 2 tsp Garlic (grated) - 3 pinches Chili flakes (optional) - 5 pinches Pepper powder - 3 pinches Oregano. How to make this: 1/ In a bowl add butter, parsley, garlic ans 2 pinches pepper powder. Melt the butter in your microwave. 2/ Add the Brie cheese on top of your bread and cut all around, remove the top and the bread crumb. 3/ Cut the crust around and on top of the Brie cheese. 4/ Brush with the melted butter 5/ Add the Brie cheese inside the bread. 6/ Make some diagonal cuts on top & add the chili flakes, remaining pepper powder & oregano. 7/ Transfer to the Air Fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes at 160 degrees C. 8/ When you will consume it, warm it in the microwave for 2 minutes or so to melt the cheese more. 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐖𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐲. I love Christmas, the vibe, the mood and everything surrounding it. Christmas is also an opportunity to spend some quality time with your loved ones around some good food. You can try make this sausage wreath for Christmas this year. It is very suitable for an appetizer in my opinion and looks pretty Christmassy 🎄🎄 Adding a sweet pineapple was a last minute decision & it did bring a nice local touch to this. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - 1 frozen puff pastry roll - Chicken sausages - Pineapple (diced) (optional) - Barbecue Sauce - Sesame seeds 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬: 1/ Make a few slices on the sausages and cook for 7-8 minutes in your air fryer. 2/ Thaw the puff pastry and place on a flat surface. Ensure the puff pastry has a square shape before starting to add the other ingredients. 3/ Brush barbecue sauce on less than ¼ of the puff pastry. 4/ Add the sausages one after the other horizontally. 5/ Add the diced pineapple next to it. 6/ Gently roll the puff pastry tightly till you get a long sausage like shape 7/ Carefully bring the two ends together to make a round shape and pinch them together. Ensure it is well sealed. 8/ Gently lift and transfer on a baking tray (add a baking paper before). 9/ Brush some barbecue sauce on top or an egg wash. 10/ Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 11/ Make small cuts around the wreath. 13/ Bake for 45 minutes or so at 180 degrees celcius. 14/ Cool down. Cut and serve.
