As a mom of 2 expecting #3, finding pockets of time to maintain my strength and keep strong has been so important. ⁣ ⁣ When I had my first daughter, I did not know how to exercise and baby wearing and the long hours I sat down to make jewelry took a toll on my body and I constantly dealt with neck and back pains and one time, severely pulled my back. At the same time, I had put on so much weight that I could not fit any of my pre-pregnancy clothing and that season propelled me into changing the way I was living.⁣ ⁣ This was when I started to practically "live" in my workout clothing in NYC because I found that the best times to workout could be 10 minutes in between household chores, cooking, picking my daughter up from school and the list goes on. I could stretch here and there and do a plank in a minute or two and then run to get groceries and get my daughter from school.⁣ ⁣ Moving back to Singapore when my 2nd daughter was a few months old, I wanted to keep this lifestyle up while working but it was very hard to find exercise bra tops that did not have logos and looks like sports bras that I could wear formally with jeans and skirts without looking like I was going to exercise. This is the story of our PHOS Everyday Light and Bright tops.⁣ ⁣ Here I am, still wearing the same Everyday Bright top that I've been wearing for the past year every other day and it is still washing and wearing well! From before I was pregnant till now in my third trimester, it has been the most comfortable bra top that I can wear around the house with my maternity pants and I can still do my weights and stretches in them. ⁣ ⁣ If you are a mama too, I hope these pieces bring you from work to workout and that you will always feel ready to move your body anytime, anywhere so that we can be strong to lift our babies and to keep going for ourselves and our families.⁣

When I moved into Pandan Valley, I was surrounded by so much nature and found myself learning more about plants since we took over looking after the plants on our balcony. ⁣ ⁣ It seems apt that the last painting done in this house also closes this season so well as we move to new grounds in just 3 weeks! And as one chapter closes, I feel like it is finally time to uproot these plant babies and allow them to grow in other homes as I cannot carry them all with me.⁣ ⁣ SO, these plant babies are all finally available as I am ready to let them thrive and give life to other homes! All through my pregnancy, these 2 tops were the only "bras" that I could comfortably accommodate my growing mom boobs without discomfort and I know I will be able to nurse my baby in them as well! Since I usually work out daily even during my pregnancies, I dreamed about a top that I could do my weights in, some stretches and yet be able to wear it with Jeans, skirts, shorts and stand many washes as regular tops often wore out easily in the wash. Our PHOS Tops - Everyday Bright and Everyday Light have been what I have lived in on weekends and every other day as soon as they are out of the wash. They match everything I have and take me through every activity. I've worn them to exercise, to the studio, and even for my birthday dinner! They are just so comfortable! In Singapore's climate, I realized that my skin started getting blemishes when I wore sports bras under my tops and I could not live in my exercise clothing as I did in NYC weather anymore. These padded tops have been the perfect solution and provide support for light exercises! Here I am wearing them with our Flow in Light Skirt which have sold so well and we are down to our last few pieces in sizes S and M. It's been pretty surreal to think that in less than one year of Rebirthing Hadasity, we now also have a clothing line PHOS which I am wearing here, me and my partner Grace are BOTH pregnant and due in a few months, plus we got the opportunity to have a pop up at Tangs for the next 2 months! It has been alot of work for sure, but so very fulfilling to see how month by month, we can see how everything is falling to the places aligning with the vision and purpose God had placed into our hearts to begin with.
