Blog post: Exploring the wilds of the Luangwa Valley on two wheels: tales from an epic Moto Safari. "It had been about ten days in total, crossing roughly 700 kilometers of pure 4x4 track through the bush. It was one of the most remote trips I’ve ever been on. But there was always someone to lend a helping hand when it was needed. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and eager to help get me through the trip, which I was grateful for." - @adamlyman_ Click on the link in bio to read more about Adam's experience of Luangwa valley. Discover Zambia 🇿🇲

Reel by @meganthetravelingwriter On lazy, sun-drenched days, I loved watching zebras, pukus, and impalas drink from the water hole right next to the @chikuntosafarilodge pool! 🦓 This is the perfect place for the “armchair safari,” as so many animals come right to the lodge that you don’t even need to wait for a drive to see them! We saw elephants and hippos all from the comfort of the lodge. 🐘✨ Have you been on an African safari yet?! 🇿🇲 Location: @chikuntosafarilodge, South Luangwa National Park

Reel by @oliviatutu05 If you’ve been waiting for a sign to visit the museum and explore the rich Zambian history, this is it. And guess what?? You don’t have to wait for anyone to go there, you can do a solo date. I promise you, you will love it. The museum docents (tour guides) are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All you need is a K10 (for the locals) and $5 (for tourists/foreigners) and you’re in for a ride down Zambian history lane. Don’t say I never hooked you up on some affordable ways of having fun that’s so affordable it almost feels free😉

Reel by @perry_nyama for @robin_pope_safaris Perry Nyama is a guide at Nkwali Camp as well as Robin Pope Safaris top content contributor, and throughout the year he has seen everything from newly born hyena cubs, to intense scenes between hyenas and wild dogs fighting over a kill, but none were quite as extraordinary as his special sundowners with a pride of lions, which he rates as the best sighting of his life (this far)! Perry and his guests were just about finishing their sundowners by the Luangwa River when he noticed a pride of lions coming towards the river, probably for a drink. Leaving the sundowner drinks to pack up later, he quickly got everyone back into the vehicle so they could safely watch the lions. They had other plans though and made a beeline for the drinks table! Watch what happens next!
