For the nice winter days! Be sure you take care for the top 5!: -sleep -sunlight -movement /training -nutrients -relationships @myproteinsi @belsakpowercoaching @gostilnabelsak @sbd.slovenija

A special life experience is behind me! I managed to win the super heavyweight category 120kg+ at VFN5! This is only part of the journey, but the bigger picture tells the story! Since 2017 when I won the Strongmen champion league and was regularly in the top 10 in the strongman world, then problems started with my hip due to an old childhood injury, so one of my most important things at the time was taken away from me, a bad mood and a kind of depression was part of my everyday life. I then had a hip replacement in 2020 and the path went slowly but realy slowly back up again. Then came 3 victories, a Supermatch in arm wrestling, a victory at Slovenia's strongest men, and a victory at VFN 5, as well as a change in everyday life and a different perspective on certain things. I also think that my fight was the 1st super heavyweight in Slovenia in the sport of MMA and that I am the only one who had a streak of 3 wins in one year in these 3 sports. For someone, it's just unimportant sports, but for me, it's a special path that shows that something can be done, with the right approach and a team that wishes you well and supports you!!! Thank you to everyone who was part of the journey, those on the way there, and those who supported us as spectators. Those of you who were a part of this know exactly and I don't want to list you! Thank you very much! @vfn_mma @gostilnabelsak @sbd.slovenija @sbdapparel @myproteinsi @belsakpowercoaching @podkrajsekluka @jakobmma @elio.artic @rupaunderground @mihafrlic

I can't wait today, VFN5! It is an interesting life experience, let's finish the day in style!💣 @vfn_mma @myproteinsi @gostilnabelsak @belsakpowercoaching

It's true, after my pro strongmen carer and the hip problem I was a bit lazy and not disciplined about my training, so I agreed on an MMA fight 10 weeks before the fight, with basicly not to very small MMA skills (I trained boxing or grappling 1-2 times a week for a good 1/2 year...) So my last 10 weeks will look a bit different, and it is already a life experience still 3,5 weeks before the competition! Looking forward to 3.12.2022 VFN "dvorana Golovec", Celje. And If I don't have the wrong info, I will be the first super heavy fight/er in Slovenia ever! I do not like to call myself an MMA fighter because that would be disrespectful to other athletes who put so much more work into it! I will joust compete in an MMA fight! @myproteinsi @sbd.slovenija @belsakpowercoaching @gostilnabelsak

Thank you @sbdapparel for the support all over the years! The new color will be available on 10.11. At 19h at @sbd.slovenija . P.s. If someone is interested to train in aur gym drop me a DM.
