mind blowing that most of you didn’t know about this 🤣🫣 I’ve done this all my life!! Washing only the greasy roots / the front, because the lengths probably still look fresh & good 🤷🏼‍♀️ saves a heck ton of time, keeps hair healthier (since you don’t need to style the lengths with heat so often) & you can easily not wash your entire head of hair for 4-5 days. Win win win!

let’s talk about MEAL PREPPING. I know, it’s time effort that most don’t want to invest. But it will take 30min now & and save 3 hours later! 🧐🤷🏼‍♀️🧠 so if you have any 2026 goals to… … be fitter … lose weight / gain muscle … eat less junk / sweets … eat more mindful … always hit your protein … show up every day for yourself Meal prepping is not a MUST, but definitely a wonderful tool to make this journey easier ♥️ plus, I really enjoy the process of standing in the kitchen & knowing, I will have amazing days of food ahead of me. And when hunger hits & time is limited, I have myself covered 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻 📲 you can simply search for “Meal Prep” in my “Pam App” (over 900 recipes) to find the ones that are suitable, incl. info of how long you can keep it in the fridge! My app is only 2,49€ per month (less than a ☕️) but you can currently get it for as little as 1,45€!! That’s a no-brainer. 🥗 Recipes in the video: - Matcha Waffle Cream - Dubai Edition - Fluffy Waffle Cream - Yogurette Style - Veggie Muffins by Deborah - Colorful Mashed Potatoes (pink, green, orange) - Baked Oats - Raspberry Pistachio

☃️ snow is not frozen rain but rain can be melted snow 👀 did you know that? It’s because snow skips the liquid state in a cloud and gets formed to the typical crystal shape directly. But sometimes it melts on the way down - that’s how it could turn into rain again 🤷🏼‍♀️
