„Do you feel me? Do you hear me? Do you see me? The dawn is coming Do you need me? Do you fear me? Do you know me? Stand beside me! I feel the sun on my face I hear the song of the wind I walk in the light of grace I see the beauty within I release the pain on the way I embrace the rain on my body I know the time & the place Stand on the earth that spinning in space„ - 🎼 Dub Sutra - song of the wind

Medicine 🌀 As women, we are internally governed. We are self-sustaining and oh so sophisticated. And the loving act of understanding ourselves... transforms us and our world When we know the power of our own creative force, when we know how to cultivate our spiritual connection, when we know how to conserve our vitality... We become powerful, kind beings. It's actually easier for us women to align ourselves with the natural rhythm of the universe due to the physicality of our cycles (!) They offer insight into the natural cycles of energy which we can use to optimize and radiate our own health, wellness, joy and wisdom. But when we deny our cycles, we have a loss of identity, disconnection with the natural world, vanity, abuse of power and the overall sickness of the overall modern society... Understanding these cycles is key to understand ourselves and bringing us back into balance with the natural order. As per my experience... Our loved ones - and eventually the world - will follow.
