It’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve actually come. 🖤 From chaos to control. From broken to rebuilt. The journey hasn’t been easy but it’s been worth it. Currently in peak week again, preparing for my second show this Saturday. Going for my pro card this time. 🏆 Thank you all for the continued love and support. It means more than you know. ⚡️

When you’re healing from surgery so your nose becomes the main character of your content for two weeks. 😭 Bear with me… I’ll be back on camera soon. 👃🏽❤️‍🩹

Wait for it…😭

MY NOSE BROKE… Again. As most of you know, I’ve broken my nose more times than I can count. The first major break was so severe the doctor told me it was one of the worst he’d ever seen. It required two surgeries just to put it back together, and I was strongly advised to never let it get hit again. I didn’t listen. It broke again. Another surgery. And honestly… it never healed the way it should’ve. Over time, the trauma caused scar tissue to take over, leaving me with a nose that didn’t function properly and didn’t look right either. So for the final time, I trusted Dr. Jay Calvert to take on what was basically a reconstruction job — reducing the scar tissue, restoring proper breathing, and rebuilding the structure from the inside out. Surgery was a success. Now it’s a full year of recovery before we see the final result. Grateful to Dr. Calvert and his entire team for the care, precision, and patience through this process. 🙏 Onward.

No matter how rough it may get for you in 2026, let this be your reminder. You don’t want to quit. You want the pain to stop. Remember that. ❤️

HAHAHAHAH. Even I don’t know what was wrong with me. 😭

The Creation of Cancel Culture☠️

Choose Wisely. 🧠 I might be the only one who could post this trend without using AI. Just a normal Fousey before and after. 🤭

About a month ago, @deshaefrost challenged me to help him lose 10 pounds in 10 days. Not ideal. Not sustainable. But we took on the challenge for a day just to see if he was really about it. Physically? He showed up and worked. The hard part was getting him to dial in nutrition and tracking with his schedule so we called it early and agreed to run it back when the systems and time are right. Who wants to see us do it properly? And would you want to see me take more creators through real fitness journeys going into 2026? 💪🏽

Trust me… this is as cringe for me to watch as it is for you.😭😂 But here’s a video I never posted of me making my infamous protein waffles. Are you Team Pancakes or Team Waffles? 🧇🥞
