💥Sponsorship Opportunity💥 So as a lot of you had already figured out IM BACK 👀💥 Around May/June time I had an unbelievable offer come my way to head over to Pro Boxing and debut in Miami in August, unfortunately due to my schedule, a new born and training Liam for his big fight I couldn’t commit to that date. And tbh my body just wouldn’t have been ready after 4yrs of pretty much no training and so many injuries. Luckily they are still interested in having me compete and I’m looking to get in the ring and make my debut early next year 👊🏼 After heading to @rmi.health and having the Stem Cells I’m in a much better place and back training daily alongside SNC & Rehab with @nat_pt_robinson and working on my Boxing with @darrellkendall_ and @liambadco we’re slowly getting ready. Trust me when this get released it’s HUGE 💥 I’m waiting on a fight date but hoping to debut early next year as I say and I’m looking for some new sponsor to jump on board to help with this new journey. When I say huge I mean it, the eyes on your brand worldwide will be next level. At 45 I need to roll back the years and I’m so excited about this opportunity, but I can’t teach my pts all day like I currently to do for 5-8hrs a day some days and also train full time it’s impossible to do as been a padman destroys your body more than fighting itself. Hence needing a bunch of sponsors on board to lighten the load so to speak! I hate doing this but it just has to be done and for anyone who chooses to get involved your brand recognition will be crazy. If anyone is interested please DM me asap and I’ll explain all and thank in advance 🙏🏼 @badcompanygym @yokkao @gymking #boxing #padwork #padporn #fighter

Fresh from an amazing performance in her debut last weekend @ellie_akhx is straight back in the gym grafting her backside off again getting ready for her next fight at the Amateur Open in Wales in 4 weeks time 👊🏼 Couldn’t be prouder of this kid she’s train so hard and a few months back decided her goal was to fight, dropped everything and solely trained Muay Thai and trains 5 days a week a few days a weeks double sessions pts with myself and @finlay_badco then class straight after 💯 committed 👊🏼. She’s looking strong and sharp again ready for the next outing and only getting better, the difference in her the last few months is amazing to see 🔥 #girlswhofight #muay #thai #fighter #badcompany #gym #leeds #muaythaifighter #girlfight

Back training and learning with @andybadco1, feeling inspired by the @badcompanygym juniors performances at @muaythai.gb event last weekend 💪 #badcompanygym #fightergirl #muaythai #badcojuniors #inspired #backatit @andybadco1 @badcompanygym @richardsmith_badcompany_gym @mrscottyhays @mrsemhays

More Muay Thai brilliance here with the phenomenal @liambadco (alongside the equally brilliant @andybadco1) for what was an amazing seminar at my gym in Manchester a few months back 🔥🥋 I know everyone who came had an outstanding training session!! Rapid fire techniques from start to finish!! Here, in this clip I filmed of Liam and Andy during the seminar, they go over one way to catch and counter the body kick whilst sparring or fighting 🥷👀❤️ Soak in the striking mastery on display and then make sure you smash the follow button on Liam and Andy across all social media today 🔥🔥 #muaythai #kick #sparring #muaythaifighter #muaythailife #muaythaitraining #mma #seminar #fun #experience #warriorcollective

Different day same old thing 🥊 @liambadco This is the first time in probably over a year that I’ve actually been able to train daily due to all kinds of injuries, mainly my left shoulder which had multiple rotator cuff tears and more. I know this isn’t a big deal to a lot of people out there but for me this is a huge forward step 🙌🏼..! 3 days into the week and been able to train and feel ok is massive for me! Double session tomorrow and rest Friday so I’m not overdoing myself and the fragile old ass body, BUT a very positive week so far 🙏🏼. Huge thanks to the guys @rmi.health who’s helped me get to this stage alongside @thegeniuscoffeeguy who’s advice on a few things has helped massively. Here’s to the next chapter….👀 #boxing #padwork #fighter #rmihealth #punisher #badcompany #gym #leeds

First time back on the pads after Stem Cell and so far so good 🙌🏼 thank you @rmi.health and thanks @liambadco for the pads, slow and steady to start with but so good to be back active after not been able to train for so long. The left shoulder still needs a little time so not going crazy with the power just yet, but there’s a new task and a new goal ahead so Punisher rebuild is on 👀 Stay tuned #boxing #padwork #rebuilding #newgoals #bignewscoming

Brilliant day out with my little lady at the @badcompanygym @mtgb.university.championships today. The whole Bad Company Team did amazing with some serious performances @cain_sykes a stand out fought and won on our HFL show last weekend in Manchester the out again today, smashed his first fight but picked up an injury still with the final to go, went into the final with 1 leg and put on a dominate performance almost getting a stoppage 3f in 2 weeks 3 wins and new WBC Gold Medalist buzzing for you mate. @cole_chapman777 another massive win beating a very experienced kid who’s beat him in the past what a result gutted I missed the fight but heard you fought amazing 👊🏼 But the stand outs for me 3 young ladies all making there debuts and coming out with 3 big wins. @felicity_h_smith following in the family footsteps debuting at long last and getting the W. I’m mega proud of our girl @ellie_akhx she’s the hardest worker literally does 3/4 pts a week and all the classes and all she’s wanted for the last year is to fight, today she jumped in against a great girl from a very good gym and put on a clinic and looked amazing and way more experienced than her first ever fight. Myself and @finlay_badco put a lot of time into her over the last year and sat cornering both said everything’s finally coming together couldn’t be happier with you Ellie 👊🏼. Then 11yrs old Elisa last up for he ladies and god damnnnn…! Unreal performance just one way traffic and this young ladies power is terrifying, she looked like she had 10+ fights experience and can’t wait to see what’s next for these guys hats off to Finlay who’s done most of her training and a lot of 121’s he’s done an amazing job 💥 Team Badco well done what a squad ❤️ well done @richardsmith_badcompany_gym and the team for a great day of fights. #muaythai #fighters #squad #badcojuniorsquad #muay #thai #fighter #badcompany #gym #leeds
