I never post anything political on my timeline, but today I am. This photo was taken July 3, 2017. At the time I was a huge fan of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He represented the party I voted for my entire life. Canada was once a thriving country. Our economy and nation were strong, our borders were secure, we had our own identity and culture, and our citizens' rights were respected. In just a few short years, all of that changed under this man's rule. During the pandemic we got to see who this man really is - a creepy woke narcissistic tyrannical dictator-wannabe. A man who uses war time measures to freeze the bank accounts of peaceful protestors. A man who took the rights of citizens for not complying with taking an experimental jab. A hypocrite who brands those who disagree with him as misogynistic racists, despite he himself wearing blackface countless times. A man who claims to be a feminist, despite having an inappropriate relationship with a student and paying her hush money to keep quiet about it back when he was a teacher. But today, after years of Canadians begging for change, and ONLY after losing all support from his own party, Justin PJ Trudeau has finally resigned. And for the first time in years, I feel genuine hope for my country again. I feel like we can get back all that we lost. And the way to do that is by voting. When an election happens later this year, there is no doubt in my mind Pierre Poilievre is going to win. And not only win, but I predict he will have the biggest political sweep in our country's history. But there was one positive to Justin's reign. Canadians have realized the dangers of socialism, and how scarily close we can get to communism under the wrong leader when things get bad. Canada has always been known as the passive, peaceful, non-confrontational country with meek citizens. No longer. We've come to realize how important it is to have a backbone and speak up when things aren't right. The last few years made us tougher as a people. And now it's time to elect a tough leader. It's time to get back to the fundamentals that made this country great. Brighter days are ahead! ❤️ 🇨🇦

Baby Sansa interrupted shooting the next 50 Amazing Facts. Should I include this in the episode? 🥰

Five years ago today I adopted my babies 🩶🧡 Ned's original name was Jiminy and Sansa was Simba. From the first time I visited @crumbs_whiskers while living in LA Ned was as friendly and cuddly as he is today. They were street cats saved by @straycatalliance. Sansa was always scared, but Ned rubbed off on his big sis and together they now live wonderful lives in the most loving home anyone could have given them. Please consider adopting a pet. It'll change your life for the better 🩶🧡

9 years ago. Crazy.

8 months apart. If you only knew the hell I had to pull myself out of to get to this point. I often post my fitness progress not only to document my journey, but to inspire others who might feel they're stuck and feel there's no hope. Please believe I WAS that guy. As much that guy as you can get. I still battle demons here and there like anyone, but I no longer feel helpless. Food is no longer my escape. Remember it's either one day, or day one. Make today your day one. 💪🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏾

My first ever 24 hour fast! Just wanted to document how I look and feel 🙂💪

I've been asked so many times for a tattoo tour. There's too many to explain, but the general theme is both my forearms are full of ancient spiritual symbols. My right elbow to shoulder represents the dark (crows), and my left represents the light (angels). The balance between dark and light. A wise friend once told me "honour the dark, embrace the light"

Coke and milk is delicious. 😮‍💨
