One Month Away!!! On November 23rd, don’t miss our sweet and funny Christmas movie, ‘Melt My Heart This Christmas’ on @hallmarkchannel — some bts photos for you ❤️ We filmed this one in -30c 🥶 during a true blizzard in Ottawa this past February. There was no acting involved for being cold and we were lucky if our mouths parted to give dialogue and weren’t frozen shut 🤣 Somehow, I was wearing heels in that weather and my toes got so cold I couldn’t feel them. 🫣 But it was worth it because this film is adorable and was such a fun shoot. Also, checkout this video of our amazing director @amyforce_ as she and I met for the first time during a glass blowing tutorial for the movie. The best cast & crew! @bechancelle @n_d_lala @jenniferwigmore @amyforce_ @camila.bousquet @stephenhuszar @madeline__leon @firesidepictures & so so many more! : : : : #CountdowntoChristmas #hallmark

Happy birthday to my big sister @vandersgardner — the wise one, the brave one, the one who paves the way and the one who’s had to listen to all my nonsense for years. You’ve walked me through fire, drama, heartbreak, success, and therapy sessions you never signed up for. You maid of honored the shit out of my wedding and put out fires I knew nothing about, thanks to you. Thank you for holding my hand, my veil and more importantly my heart with such dedication. Thank you for always helping me survive and come out stronger (and for not charging hourly.) The best big sister a girl could ask for. And thank you for my beautiful niece and nephew, who make my world whole. To quote your wedding speech… I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you.

Slower day today so got a jump start on making three of our weekly snack/wellness staples. The sun is out so a photo seemed important 😂 1) Lemon Olive Oil Gingers Shots 🍋 🫚 2) Chia High Protein Snack 🫐 3) Protein Breakfast ‘Cookies’ 🍌

Little angel peanut baby girl @frankie_blueeyes That is all. Just a cuteness and full hearted love appreciation for her.

Training for longevity, confidence, and the ability to open pickle jars forever!! 💪🏻 🫙 🥒 Because ‘fragile with age’ is a myth and I plan to prove it wrong… repeatedly.
