Thank you @yann_delaigue and your team @waterugbysuddefrance for your hospitality and giving me an opportunity to first time experience playing rugby on top of the water with few of our French legends, great fun and a super weekend merci 🙏🏾

Taking it way Back to the 1990s in Auckland and still carrying this guy @steerocks around 😂🙏🏾 #littlebro

APPRECIATING ONE OF OUR MEDICAL STAFF @PIERREMOITRY FOR BEING OF THE KEY PEOPLE WHO HAS TREATED US AND GOTTEN US BACK ON THE FIELD AFTER FEW OF OUR LAYBACKS OF INJURIES THESE PAST FEW YEARS. AS RUGBY PLAYERS WE SOMETIMES THINK WE ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE TEAM THAT HAVE LITTLE TIME FOR FAMILY/FRINDS BUT THESE GUYS SACRIFICE THE SAME LEVEL OR EVEN MORE IN MY EYES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, EXPERTISE , ENCOURAGEMENT,AND PATIENCE....WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST PIERRE ON THE NEW JOURNEY... #teammedical#physiolife

Andy Haden AB#716, I was lucky enough to have been a part of his team @classicallblacks, we would always somehow bump into each other in Fiji these past few years and most of his talks will always be about finding ways to help forgotten players and also asking about ways he could help the people in Fiji. Forever grateful Andy R.I.L and our prayers to your family.

Thumbs up if it’s your birthday today 🥳 🥳🥳❤️ Cruden #6
