No more pain No more suffering You are with Dad now… You were larger than life…and not just because you were one of the biggest Human Beings i know…Thank you for being the best big brother a kid could have…almost everything I do is because i learned it from you…You taught me all i needed to know. You protected me always and would give the shirt off your back to anyone. I miss you already I love you more than life itself Hug and kiss Dad for me, tell him i miss him Love, Bry

Despite downsizing a bit, suit shopping remains a struggle. Part chonky dude size. Part skinny dude size. Why can’t i just wear Kimonos to formal events? @sabre_bjj #SabreJiuJitsu

When i first started JiuJitsu 20 years ago, having come from Wrestling, all my teammates at the time told me to pull guard. Takedowns were easy for me, but i had to learn something completely different and foreign to me. And the more i started to figure the guard out, the more fun training became. To be versed on both sides of the Art has been and will always be my focus. And because of that, learning something new every day for past 20 years, I’m that much better than i was before. Gi. NoGi. Takedowns. Guard. Do everything. @sabre_bjj @shoyoroll @albinoandpreto @bearsyr @_tyrtl_ #SabreJiuJitsu #SYRTeam #AlbinoAndPreto #WorldChampion #PanAmChampion #FaixaPretaCampeao

I hardly pay attention to the scale, only if I’m competing, but having since changed up my eating habits, cardio sessions, and lifting routines since April, I stopped in @maxmusclewalnutcreek for some supplements and out of curiosity wanted to see where my weight/bodyfat was at. Not bad for almost 47 😎 Looking forward to seeing how much better shape i can get into in the months to come! Stop in for the best supplements, dietary advice, and In-Body body composition analysis!!
