Cold hands, warm heart ♥️❄️ Whatever you focus on you’re going to feel 🤓. If you keep focusing on what’s missing in your life, you’ll never be happy. On the other hand - when you FOCUS on all the GOOD things that are in your life & be GRATEFUL for them - like your HEALTH, FAMILY, FRIENDS, LOVE, BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES that you get to make with your close ones - you’ll find out, that you have your HEART & LIFE filled with nothing but JOY & HAPPINESS. 😇 Sure, I miss the summer, but I find the Winter fairytale & December spirit ☃️🎄 beautiful as well. What do you LOVE THE MOST in winter time? 🎄☃️⛷🎁🥂

“9 STITCHES” was the nickname I gave to myself … ✌🏼 MY EXATLON INJURY 👉🏼 read on 🤓 I got my fingers ✌🏼cut - grabbing the iron fense, while getting out of the water at a poligon in Palmilla. I actually finished my game, not minding my injury, probably because of the adrenaline, the blood started pouring out later, but after seeing my cut fingers - they did not look good at all. 🤢 It was after getting 9 stitches in my fingers ✌🏼, that I decided I’m going to take my standard GANGSTER APPROACH: put my smile on 😁, not feel sorry for myself, suck it up & focus all of my positive energy towards my fingers healing asap❤️‍🩹! I ended up competing in the finals with my stitches still in my fingers - but if anything - for me there is no giving up, no backing down & always fighting for my goals - even if the odds are not in my favor. 💪🏼 At the end all that matters is - that you know you gave it your all & feel proud of your accomplishments. #positivevibes #grind #noexcuses #smile #throwback #tbt #exatlon #exatlonslovenija

Heaven on earth 🌍 3 months in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 & this is one of the rare moments we actually got to spend time at the beach, while shooting Exatlon Slovenia 😇. This photo 📸 was taken on the day we got to enjoy our Motivation reward PADDLE-BOARDING at SEA & it was definitely interesting 🤩. This was actually my first time I tried paddle boarding & doing it on sea waves adds the extra challenge. Loved it 😍! Do you like to try new (sports) things? Or do you stick to what you know? 😇

I’m just gonna spam you with my beach photos 🏖, because after 3 months without my phone - it only feels right to share them with you! 😁 The first thought when I was leaving for the show Exatlon Slovenia - was how am I going to ‘survive’ without my phone?! (They took it away the first day of arrival) 🧐 But what I realized when the days passed by was - LIFE IS GOOD WITHOUT A PHONE📱 ! You START to: • notice the world around you (surroundings, sound, people) • social interaction is better • do new interesting activities to fill the time you would otherwise spend on your phone • take time to get in touch with your feelings, needs & thoughts So actually - 3 months PHONE DETOX was AMAZING! I strongly recommend you one, (not necessarily 3 month long 😉), but the world has many things to offer & you won’t realize it if you keep staring at your phone. 😜 Weekend relax mode ON! #enjoy 😘

First snow ❄️ here in Ljubljana 🇸🇮, so I’m just going to close my eyes & imagine I’m back in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴😜 Are you team #summer or #winter? 🤓

EXATLON! What an experience! 🥰 So hard to put 3 months in one post! I’ve met so many wonderful amazing people! I’ve experienced a roller coaster of emotions on daily basis. I’ve learned so much about myself throughout my wins, losses, daily obstacles & challenges. I gained so many beautiful, happy, hard, awesome, fun memories that I’ll cherish for all of my life! And even though my story didn’t quite finish the way I wanted to, I am coming out of it like the biggest winner, proud of myself & grateful for all the support and love that I got from so many people. My message to the world: “Never give up & always give it your all! Life is all about moments of impact and how they change our lives forever.”

“Ponosna sem, da sem premagala vse ovire tako, kot sem jih,” je po finalu povedala @vanja_fitlife 👏👏👏 Zamujene epizode si lahko ogledate na www.planeteka.si #planettv #exatlonslovenija

Hard work. Fight. Determination. Strength. Owning your power. And owning your weakness. It is up to you if you will make it happen or not. No matter what be proud of yourself on every step of your way. YOU can achieve anything you dream of. Self-discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts.
