Keanu Reeves said this about the stage of life he is currently in. What do y’all think about this?! 🤔

This celestial achievement wasn't a matter of chance; it resulted from unwavering dedication and meticulous planning. Valerio Minato, since 2017, examined the moon's phases, horizon alignment, and weather conditions to pinpoint the optimal moment. His persistent pursuit faced obstacles, with years of overcast skies posing a threat to his dream. Yet, on December 15th, just before 7 pm, everything fell into place. Clear skies, the moon perfectly positioned, and years of preparation converged, enabling Minato to capture the image he had long envisioned. A Florida man, Michael Fleming, faces a felony robbery charge after attempting to withdraw 1 cent from a bank in Sumter County. 😮 The incident occurred at a Chase Bank in Lady Lake just before 2 p.m. on Saturday. Fleming filled out a withdrawal slip for 1 cent and handed it to a teller, who told him he couldn’t withdraw that amount. Fleming then made a comment that frightened the teller, prompting her to call law enforcement. When deputies arrived, Fleming was still in the bank and was taken into custody. After being read his Miranda Rights, he agreed to speak with deputies. The details of this conversation were redacted, but deputies believed they had probable cause for a robbery charge. Fleming, 41, was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center and remains on a $5,000 bond.

A study from the University of London’s Royal Veterinary College has found that hippos can momentarily lift all four feet off the ground when moving at full speed on land. 🦛 The common hippopotamus, Hippopotamus amphibius, native to sub-Saharan Africa, is one of the largest land mammals, with adult males averaging 1,500 kg (3,300 pounds) and females 1,300 kg (2,866 pounds). Despite their size, hippos can reach speeds of up to 30 km/hr (18.6 mph). Researchers have debated whether hippos use a standard quadrupedal walk or a trotting gait with diagonal feet moving in synchrony. Previous studies did not confirm if hippos become airborne while moving quickly, a trait common in many mammals but rare among larger animals. To investigate, a team led by Professor John Hutchinson and veterinary student Emily Pringle filmed hippos at Flamingo Land Resort and analyzed online videos. They gathered and analyzed 169 strides from 32 hippos, including two zoo hippos moving quickly around their paddock. Hutchinson’s research focuses on understanding how large animals stand and move, and how locomotion evolved in different land vertebrates.
