Happy Sunday 💙 and wow what a response to my stories. My inbox was overflowing 🙈.. Sadly the issue of stolen photos or remakes is something a lot of us deal with. And after so many years of knotting its Sadly a routine thing I do to check once’s in a while. Crazy I know! It’s a frustrating thing seeing your photos being used but luckily they can be taken down. And as for the remakes they give a good laugh. As all I can do is take it as a compliment and just keep doing me. 💪🏻 And hey those remakes sometimes spark new ideas So a big thank you for the remake as I will remake it again but better 😝 I say !!! Haha 🤣. So if your having the same issue stay positive and just keep doing what your doing cuzz its something great! 🙌 Xxx. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #littlestoriesofmyart #macramelove #macrameart #macramewallart #macramedetails #macrameknots #macrametapestry #contemporaryart #contemporaryfiberart #fiberartstudio #bohoinspired #ilovemakingartthatmakesyouhappy #macrameeveryday #macramemakers #fiberartist #bohostyle #myhometoinspireyou #thesehandsmakeart #tadaan #etsysellersofinstagram #fiberartistsofinstagram #weddingmacrame #macramelife #littlemacrameknots

These fully knotted pieces are all about the details and love that goes in to making them. It’s a magical process I find my self in a total calm place when knotting. I call it a sort of meditation. It’s just me and the rope and no baby no 7 year old calling mom look mom look like over and over haha (you parents know what I mean!🤣.. ) But then sadly i had to burst that bubble when I noticed I ran out of cord 🙈... so this pieces is on hold.. till I get my hands on some new cords. 😶. So to be continued... 🙈 Happy Thursday 💚 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #macramé #macrameart #macramewallart #macrametapestry #wovenwallhanging #woven #wovenwallart #tapestry #contemporaryart #contemporaryfiberart #textilelartist #etsyprocess #bohoinspired #myhometoinspire #littlestoriesofmine #macramedetails #fiberartiststudio #macrameknots #macrametutorial #macramevideo #fiberartinstallation #realmomsofinstagram #tadaan #littlestoriesofmyart

Hi Am Alejandra, a self taught fiber artist located in The Netherlands and Born on the beautiful island called #Aruba . All my tapestries are hand knotted with freehand patterns making each pieces unique. A lot of my inspiration come from my Caribbean roots and my love for the ocean and island life style. Am a momma of two and I have been blessed with an amazing partner & supporter😉... Mini Swells began around 2016 and I’ve been knotting every since. I have also had some serious ups & downs these last years. And sadly social media has played a positive & negative turn on my work. But I have learnt a lot over the last years. Especially when it comes to finding your voice on your own platform. People copying, stealing your work or creations. It’s something I know way to well. But now take all as a compliment as my creations or work inspired them. I’ve seen accounts grow like hell and always thought to myself way hasn’t mine as I put so much love in to what I do. But to say the truth am more busy than I’ve ever been so no matter the number it’s your work that counts. So if you are struggling stay inspired and keep doing what you love cuz believe me everything is possible when you stay true to your self & your work. 😘 Happy Weekend beautiful people 💙. .
