If you want to know good taste, Bente Scavenius is the woman to ask, so that’s what we did - while serving her favorite eclair from La Glace. With an impressive career as an art critic and art historian that spans over decades, Bente has an eye for the finer things in life like no other, and as a Copenhagener, La Glace has always had her heart. Thank you Bente, for sharing your memories with us.
