Cunucu Dog Rescue

🐶 3.5 month old siblings just found in an abandoned Cunucu - rescued by our friends @crijojotrappersaruba. These four are Parvo survivors and are slowly on the mend. ✨ Let’s get these pups healthy and over to the US! ✈️

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER Thank goodness Otto from Crijojo Trappers found Bink a few months ago, otherwise he almost certainly would not have survived. Belly full of worms, covered in fleas and ticks, and completely dehydrated, this little guy certainly had a rough start. 😢 After Otto found Bink, he went to his amazing foster Saskia, who put in the time to nurse Bink back to health and now he’s a strong, handsome 5 month old who would love to find his forever home! Bink is a small dude and will likely stay that way. Apply today to give Bink the forever family he deserves! 🥰

The one where my son and his best friend ran into Cunucu celeb: TOAST! Best playground run in. 🥰🛝🐶

🚨NEW PUPS ALERT 🚨 I texted Jacqueline a few days ago letting her know we had space for a few pups, and within an hour, she let me know that she found two who needed rescuing. 🐶 This brother sister pair were born right outside of the vet, who then asked the Trappers for help. Jacqueline says that these two are the sweetest and will both make a great addition to a loving home! 🏡 Help us name these sibs below! 👇

Yesterday would have been sweet Tembo’s 3rd birthday. This gentle giant was found chained up outside of someone’s home, skin and bones and truly knocking on death’s door. Our partners at the @crijojotrappersaruba found her and could not turn away. They scooped her up and nursed her back to health, which was no easy task. As soon as @thekizalicious saw a picture of this sweet pup, she knew that Tembo belonged in her family. Kara worked hard to get Tembo to the US, and when she finally arrived, it was love at first sight. Tembo seamlessly joined Kara’s pack and lived with a true joy and gratitude for life. Her days were full of health complications, undoubtedly caused by the neglect and abuse she suffered in her early days, but she preserved until she couldn’t any longer. For the months that Tembo was with Kara and her family, she had the chance to experience what it felt like to be loved unconditionally. She enjoyed her canine siblings, her romps outside, her cozy bed at home, the endless affection from friends, and so much more. Thinking of you, Tembo, today and every day. 💕
