Questions and listening are two sides of the same coin. Stephen Covey said it best “seek first to understand in order to be understood”. Without asking clear, direct and specific questions how do we expect to be able to listen to clear direct and important information. In a world full of noise, we must learn to realize without good questions We have nothing worthwhile to listen to, and with nothing worthwhile to listen to We are not equipped to ask even better questions.
