Officially Amazing and part of the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD holders!🇬🇷⚔️ A dream that came true 🤩 My favourite book when I was young was the 1999 Guinness World Records book 📖 So since that age I had always the desire to become one of the Guinness World Record holders! The previous “Heaviest Tricep Dip” GUINNESS World record for the past 4 years was 128kg, I was waiting for someone to break it but no one did so I decided to take action and set the new Guinness world record to 151.65kg! I have done 160kg in my training sessions but at that exact day I had to stop at 151.65kg! While preparing for the record attempt I’ve been through corona virus, flu, tonsillitis and pec injury but eventually with positivity dedication and determination everything worked out fine! Never give up on your dreams fam no matter what other people tell you!! We got one life and we have to chase every single dream and vision we have! If I let other peoples negative opinions influence me I wouldn’t even get into fitness in the first place because they said there is no future there! I would like to say a HUGE THANKS to my sponsor @gymbeamgr that helped me through the process, and was always there for me! A huge thanks to the @workoutindustry_skg fam and everyone that took part in this 6 months process! . #gwr #guinnessworldrecord #guinness #streetlifting #greece🇬🇷 #recordholder #physique #achieve #achievement #fitness
