Shalak Attack

The future of work, the final mural by @clandestinosart @brunosmoky and myself from a couple weeks back in Manhattan NYC (on E 48th St. and 3rd)! Great to see old friends and meet new ones, big ups to Violeta and Awela Marcia for all their love and patience! We did it amor😍!! . 📸photos by @brunosmoky . . A project for @ilo_newyork @unitednations produced by @streetartmankind. Shout out to the @westinnewyorkgrandcentral for such great hospitality🙏🏼. #clandestinosart #brunosmoky #shalakattack #newyork #mural

Some final shots of “REFLECTIONS”, our @clandestinosart @brunosmoky floor and wall mural we created last month for @collectivebrew at the @rendezviewsto ! I may be the last one to post, but I do it with all my heart and cariño, as it was one of the best projects to work on ever!! We wanted to transform this space into a colour-blast joyride of love and reflections that stem from our inner selves and symbiotically shine out hand in hand with our families, friends and communities!! This is a very personal piece for us and it is so satisfying to also hear others feeling their own stories and loved ones reflected on the wall!! Love is Universal and when we create connected to this ephemeral and strongest feeling it resonates and ripples out!! The floor piece is a reflection of the wall and vice versa as we are creations of ourselves and our surroundings… not sure that makes sense right now through words but I hope you can feel that seeing the piece through these clips and photos and hopefully you are able to go there in person and take it with all the energy of the space!!! Big love again and keep shining all! An honour to share this with you❤️

Some of my favourite behind the scene moments of our time in Montreal this June for @muralfestival ! Family, vintage and new friends warmed my heart as I painted away in the hot sun and wet rain over 8 days! Kitty paw prints kept appearing on the bricks when the sun hit in the afternoon (where were these bricks made🥰, after almost 20 yrs painting walls and never seen this before!? ) Beautiful visits and some surprise gifts from local creators and foodies and coffees to keep me going! Big love Montreal, @clandestinosart @brunosmoky #violetita @dome7797 @snikrdbs @pearlbruxa @fiyabruxa @monrealc #connita @muralfestival @francois_glevarec @sthublenor y toda lá família @lauramargueta @blah_fah @drigo73 @maidak_ #eve e yanis @sirenaurbana.mexico @mariellerobichaud @mance.lanctot @llaauurroobbii @vi_monsi @katrinleblond @kevinledo @josianeetdemi @breakingwallsart @axelalime @korb_crazyapes @corbo_illu @opire203 @bforblondetta y familia @alisonslattery @nickiemtl @cedareve @osgemeos @officialshawnyg ❤️❤️❤️ and everyone who was able to come to the wall those I couldn’t tag and those who couldn’t come by but sent their love❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽 #shalakattack #clandestinosart #muralfestival #montreal #mural #friendships #highlights #familia #motherhood #streetart #behindthescenes #support #life #art #spraypaint
