Always been interesting to me how people see very different things in this drawing

Think I'm finally done with this one. still no title

The Mind is a Maze, pencil on paper, 2021. This drawing was a self manifesting journey into a labyrinth of my own design. Sometimes drawing feels like putting yourself through the clockwork orange brainwashing, willing your eyelids to stay open and your mind focused on something extremely tedious. Always feels worth it for those moments where you see it coming together

No more reliable source of reference than yourself. Maybe interesting to see a little bit of how the sausage is made. 24 hours left on this print, sorry for all the spam but those diapers don't buy themselves. Thanks so much for all the orders so far, can't wait for you to get your hands on them.

Still reworking this painting, really want it in the next show. Darkened everything except the fire to make it glow more, adding more rain and atmosphere. Not done yet but felt like sharing cos I'm excited about how it's developing. I thought the sea would be really tricky but it's sort of coming together even in its loose form. I want you to feel the storm and the cold water

I finally got round to scanning this one again in my better scanner, so nice to see the details properly

Loner - ink on toned sketchbook

Scanned this ink drawing from last year. One of the only things I made during the twins first year. I was feeling intensely grateful for my partner in a new kind of way. I think the way the reflections of the fire is handled has a nice liveliness to it. It's hard to make fire look bright you have to put tone over everything else which is a challenge with lines only. Enjoy!
