Happy Mothers to my incredible wife @saysaypgh I am so thankful for all you do for me, the kids, and the family (including Rosie) I love you! #say #suhhsay #happymothersday

Another 13.1 in the books, however this one was different. I was not gonna run this year. The plan was to just go spectate and coach at the @pghmarathon . I am fully into a training block focused on a 12.5 mile swim in Key West. But the game changed when my daughter said, Dad do you want to do the Half with me…that was hard to pass up (jumped on it immediately). So we went out today, had tons of fun, and finished with a half medal. I’ve had great runs on this course, but this one was my absolute favorite. Thank you @lorelei_lehman22 for allowing me the opportunity have a “GREAT DAY” with you. #daddysgirl #teamLamar #lorelei #prouddad

My second family….these people are incredible athletes, process huge hearts, and are better human beings! Love when we all come together. Moral of the story…not all days are great! But if you stay with it, good things can still come from it! Everything was off today, tired, sore elbow, loose swim trunks, and I had to good to the bathroom mid swim. I literally said I’m done! I then realized the Key West was still gonna go off whether I swam today or not and how many people I’d let down by stopping. Huge shoutout to @erin_foley_17 for the encouragement and 35 minute pull. It made the world of difference. 13k ✅ Key West your elusive, but I will find you on 6/22! #betthat #kennyruns #versaceblue #kennydidntpoopinpool #teamvictory #uncommon
